Horrible I normally come here after work and everything is good but today was horrible the food tasted like crap my chicken sandwich needed to be cooked longer and my mom said no onions on her burger and there was onions on the burger and the host and server was ignorant as ignorant can be Brittany was the servers name and the was some little girl never will go back while they are working the worst experience I ever had because Brittany was nice to the table right behind us

Everything I enjoyed about this place has gone downhill. Slow service when there is hardly any one else eating indoors. No variety and not many options on the menu. They have signature dishes, but still isn't quality (they use glued steaks), and their cleanliness isn't the best. Beware!!! I also had a waitress try to tip my card without permission! I found out through my cash app. Corporate rectified the issue, but beware!Parking: Free Open Parking Lot .

I used to love it at applebees. They changed the menu a little, and I'm not sure if I like it as much. Miss the old menu. Will definitely still go. And I think our server was new - not quite as good as usual, but she was still nice.

Had a great experience. We went in ,seated fairly quickly. Our drinks were ordered and we had an appetizer. I ordered the 6 oz steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes everything was cooked to perfection. The waitress kept the drinks filled. I enjoyed my meal .Everything was very tasty the broccoli was steamed perfectly. My boyfriend had the bourbon chicken and he really enjoyed that as well.

Not great. Definitely went downhill the past few years. Probably won't eat here again, I had a street steak that tasted like oven cleaner and my girlfriend's boneless chicken bites were dry and leathery, the place is dirty and a shell of what it used to be. There's far better places to eat on McKnight for the money it costs to eat here anymore. The service makes you feel like you shouldn't have walked in the door, one of the worst experiences eating out I've had in a while. Never going back here again.

Waitied over 60 minutes for food and 1 hour after we ordered waitress told me they had no soup.it took her a hour to tell me. Food was very poor.server was a joke i heard her tell the host ,to move some young kids because she can not deal with kids. Its very sad because we eat at applebees from florida to pennsylvina and was never so shocked at the service and food. I spent over 80.00 dollars at this store and was never so disappointed.

It's been a long time since I have been to this restaurant, because of bad experiences two times in a row. So, I looked at reviews and the menu, and decided to try again. I'm glad I did, because it was a great experience this time. Our server was friendly, although a few things went a bit wonky in this area, but nothing that was not able to be overlooked, because the food was delish! I had the blackened salmon, potatoes and green beans, and this is the first time in, I don't know how long, that I finished my plate. My one friend had a huge burger and the other the riblets, and their food was delish as well. The place was busy, but the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The diners all seemed to be enjoying their meals, the manager was present on the floor, cleaning tables and seemed to be engaged with customers, and it was an enjoyable lunch, with the consensus that the food would bring us back. Do mention this to a manager when you have your own decent dining experience. The cooks should always be acknowledged when the food presented was "delish" . Kudos all around today. ?Parking: There is ample parking around the restaurant. We have never had a problem parking here.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility witnessed first hand, as the manager helped a diner in a wheel chair past our table to their table.

I was at this location today with my parents, and I must say that it was the worst dining experience of my life! Our server Drew was incompetent and rude. We waited for our food for 1 hour and 20 minutes, when the food came, he served the wrong burger to my Dad (*the correct one took half an hour to come out), and was just fair in quality.The manager was incompetent and borderline rude to my Dad, and we just couldn't believe how poor the entire experience was.To top off our disastrous visit, when I went to the restroom, the bathroom was FILTHY... THERE WAS URINE ALL OVER THE TOILET, AND PAPER ALL OVER THE FLOOR.DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT... IT LITERALLY WAS THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!
