I’m not sure where to start as the experience was horrible. The guy took my girlfriend’s order and totally ignored me up to saying the total without asking I wanted anything. Never asked how we were, like man what a life you must live to be that miserable. Now for the drinks, YUCK! They were so nasty. I’m not huge into sweetener, but if all the drinks are unsweetened that should be noted. The green tea was unbearably strong (again no sweetener) and it was definitely steeped too long. The kava was super strong and might not be for everyone. I am so disappointed with the entire experience as we have heard nothing but good things.I will note that honey in a hot tea on a cold day would probably be nice, but as far as iced drinks and customer service, they are not existent. Kava again is going to be person by person, it’s a cool menu choice.Based on my overall experience and how rude the guy was, I certainly won’t be returning and could never recommend this. 0/5!

Okay, so if you did not know Pu'er tea could be considered 'one of the many' champagne's of tea ... and Bantha's Ancient Pheonix Puer Tea gets it right! The team there is knowledgable and will answer your questions about it (caffine, reuse, etc) ... Its delicious, robust, flavorful, bold and so much more, a must try! This is "my perspective" shared FYC (For Your Consideration): I needed two cup holders and waited 15 minutes after pour before drinking ... ITS HOT and the tea leaves are HUGE ... they hold heat, I'd wait before consuming (this includes sipping but hey it's your mouth and tongue) ... ENJOY!! After consuming, remove from tea bag. I used a scrap piece of raw cowhide (a.k.a leather) as there will be residual moisture. I rotated between open air and a mason jar until dry and stored in same mason jar for re-use (I plan to re-use half with less water FYI). Enjoy and Drink Responsibly ... ITS HOT!!!

Cozy little tea shop with a huge variety to select from. Both the kava and kratom were delicious and they sell powered forms if you wish to make it at home! Bartender was extremely nice and easy to talk to (her piercings were gorgeous), a very pleasant experience compared to the fast pace of most shops. The decor inside has a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the vibe of the place.

This place has the most amazing selection of tea blends. I also love it for a laptop working spot! Plenty of outlets and seating.

Went here on a whim, it was fantastic! Friendly staff and cute architecture. The theme is Star Wars lite, but still super cool. Good community support too with art and karaoke nights. Their tea was very good and would go again!

This was an adorable little tea house. It is located on Penn Ave in the Garfield area of Pittsburgh. It had a very bohemian feel. They had two dining areas and ample seating, including outdoor seating. Staff was helpful and our order was ready quickly. We ordered an iced green peach tea, iced London fog and a pea flower lemonade. All of our teas were perfect for a hot day. The menu had a large selection of teas in addition to specialty tea drinks. They had a small selection of baked goods. We sat close to the front open air window and leisurely enjoyed our time chatting. The dining room lends itself to lingering and enjoying your drinks.

Idk who was working the morning of 4/29/23 but they were very insightful and helpful in deciding on what to order, not to mention quick to deliver. Great tea, great space, great service

The tea is great, the owners and employees are amazing people, and there's always a healthy mix of regular customers and newcomers. Never a dull experience at Bantha!

Bloomfield fog was excellent. It tasted kind of like a horchata and slightly like cinnamon toast crunch cereal milk. There's plenty of seating and there was one really cute nook area that my friends and I sat at.
