Save yourself time and don't order cake from here. I ordered a 40th cake and when I showed up to pick it up they said they didn't have it because they can't make cakes. No one could alert me so I could get a cake in time they just accepted my money. Terrible location go to Freeport.

Yes, I love BR and one bad experience in one store doesn't mean you're going to have a bad experience in another store! Plus I can't live without my BR chocolate chip ice cream...This visit was a 5+ star experience because of a young man named CJ. There was a language barrier with the lady who was waiting on me and CJ stepped right in and helped her. He made conversation with me and it made my day to know that he was studying to be a nurse and working full time while preparing for his fiancé having their baby in August. This young man is what our future is all about! Thank you BR for hiring him!

Worst Baking Robins ever! The worst Sunday I could ever order. My kid scoop dance in the tiny cup as small it was, smaller than the kid size cup. They didn’t have the ingredients, the add chocolate syrup from DD cafe mix. The Sunday scoop were the same size as my kid, ice cream was old and frosted, nut were stiff. HORRIBLE!
Location is absolutely filthy and the employee was just there to pick up a paycheck. Other locations are 5 stars.

Didn't even realize this was around and was excited because I've been craving ice cream. Came in around my lunch break about 12'o'clock. Prime time. For a major chain ice cream shop this place couldn't be more unprofessional. They took out all of the ice cream tubs and had four left in the coolers and three tubs on the back counter. After several minutes of waiting I was asked "can I help you?" and I said "I'm not sure. You have no ice cream," to which the response was "Yeah. Sorry. There's just none here at this hour." I don't mean to be this person but when did you open that you have no ice cream at 12pm on a Thursday? Do you only get shipments in once a week? It can't be that busy that you ran out of it. None in the back I'm assuming. Will not return.

I've been here a handful of times, including recently, and I've always had a positive experience! The staff is really friendly and accommodating, even right before closing, and the ice cream is always good with a large variety of flavors.
