Surprisingly good wings. Juicy and crispy, I suspect they're brined and lightly breaded. They have a great house hot sauce on the table.Beers are a bit on the expensive side at $6/draft for a basic beer, but that may be status quo in this area.Modern digs that might make for a good date or hangout spot. Worth stopping in if you're at the convention center.
I decided to try Bill’s Bar and Burger for lunch today and was super excited, considering they’re one of the top 20 restaurants in Pittsburgh (TripAdvisor). Those raving reviews DID NOT LIE! I ordered a plain Bill’s Burger with Cheese and a side of fries and had to pry the burger from my hands. Burger was good. Slaw decent. Milk shake was good but would have been better had it not sat on the counter for 10 minutes before I got it. After the meal I ordered a milkshake to go as did several others standing around the register. The hostess jotted down the orders on a slip of paper and handed it to a guy behind the bar.
