Foods usually good so I thought to get them on a Friday evening placed my order at 6:33 said itd be ready at 6:51 showed up at around 7:00 waited extra 30+ minutes just sitting there after another guy walked in behind me with his kid said he called 30minutes ago spoke with a girl then proceeded to tell him they didn't get his order the girl remembers taking it just never put it in the system. Feel bad for that guy waiting even longer then I did for 2 chicken sandwiches and a coleslaw let alone they even forgot the spicy mayo that was on the order like thats the icing on the cake never again.

I absolutely love this place. Why buy fast food made from chicken parts when you can get really good chicken from Bird On The Run (probably the same price). It's so good. I don't know what they do to it! There's also a lovely bar with lovely people too!

Honestly loved this place down in the south side, even met the owner on one occasion super chill guy. Food is good but every-time I have the craving I honestly just don't order, the lebo location is so notorious for messing up delivery orders that I just feel like I'd waste my money. Great to order on site just delivery lacks. Most issues have come from orders on their app.

We ordered takeout. I ordered a level 2, my brother ordered a level 5. I saw it on the menu "RIP". I thought I'd try the smallest little piece of his sandwich. What was a solid 2 seconds of flavor and enjoyment quickly turned into regret and pain. You get what you ask for here and I love it. Somehow he ate that whole sandwich relatively unphased. Craziest part - I didn't learn a damn thing. 10/10 would recommend. (Level 2 sandwich was good too... after I regained feeling in my taste buds.)

Chicken Sandwiches are phenomenal. Eating in is better than takeout. Cheap good drinks. If you eat there they have a good house made spicy ranch. Takeout is Ken's... The service at the bar is over the top. PJ always goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcome. They make sure the vibe fits who's there. The one day there was a family in the side portion of seating and they had spongebob playing for them.

Bird on the run is the BEST chicken fingers and waffle fries I have ever had. I also love the bird sauce and the spicy mayo. I normally get the chicken fingers at the hot af spice level, but I had to try the RIP level at the mt Lebanon location. SO good. It was very hot, but I love it hot anyways. 10/10. Our waitress did warn me that it is made with Carolina reapers, but I went for it! The inside of the restaurant was cute too - this was the first location where I ate inside. I had to take my friend because she never had it and we had raising cane's the week prior and it was so mid compared to bird, that I had to take her.

we usually love bird on the run, it’s our favorite place. we started in southside and now we have been going to mt lebos location the past 2 times we’ve gone there was no pop. only water. we waited longer than 15 minutes to be acknowledged. tonight it took 20 minutes ro be acknowledged and then told us to wait after 10 minutes we walked out. called to try and order a take out and the same person answered the phone and put us on hold. it was absolutely ridiculous and we will not be returning. also the personal hygiene of the front of the house server or whatever was not good!
The chicken sandwich I had was so delicious and moist. I didn't think I would like the fried egg on it BUT to my surprise it really added to the taste along with their sauce really put it over the edge. Great sandwich and fries, I will be back!

I recently placed an online order on their website and this was my worst experience yet. I showed up to the place only to find out that they were closed for the night(750)pm. No reason why and of course nobody knows about an online order. So I'm leaving this place without food or a refund( eventually refunded). This would've been my first time eating there or any bird on the run as a matter of fact. This experience was enough to ruin the appetite and experience. NO Thank you. Too bad I had to leave a star

Such a yummy take on Friday chicken! It's a must try! I like the dipping sauce choices , though I'll remember to request extra next time. The spice you can add is a nice touch. I will definitely be back again.

Overall I give this 5 stars because the food was amazing! This place is a really great take out spot! The alcohol was a bit disappointing - we ordered a draft beer and a glass of wine. Both were terrible and tasted off. We watched the bartender pour the wine from a pitcher in the fridge and it tasted skunky/old. That won’t deter us from coming back and getting food though!

Great place to dash in for a quick bite. We ordered a TON of food and everyone (including children) was happy with the options. The fish sandwich was a bit thin, but I'd order it again. The chicken sandwiches were not as spicy as expected due to the large bun, but the strips sure were (according to those that ate them). The waffle fries were better than expected, as they were hot and tasted like freshly cut potatoes-get them! The service was great as well. Our server explained all of the sauces and even brought our samples before we ordered. We will be back again for sure!
