Bistro to Go did an incredible job for our vegan wedding. They worked with us to create a menu we loved and made time to answer any questions we had along the way. They had a complimentary tasting and the chefs even hopped on zoom calls throughout the planning to make sure the menu had been completely perfected. Shauna and the team also worked with us to provide the most inclusive menu possible - with plenty of gluten free options and nut free options in addition to the wedding being fully vegan. This made sure everyone attending the wedding could fully enjoy the food, which was extremely important to us. All of my non-vegan friends and family were raving about the food! My meat-eating uncle actually said "if all vegan food tasted like this I could go vegan." The meals were beautifully plated and the service was excellent. My non-vegan parents were so relieved and happy we went with Bistro. We had actually started with another company for our wedding, but after hiring them it was very difficult to reach them and when we did, it didn't feel like there was a willingness to work on customizing a menu for our wedding. We ended up switching to Bistro to Go and it was the best decision we made.

The Bistro To Go experience was absolutely fantastic.We had them cater a small dinner party celebration (15 people) and they treated it with as much attention as you would expect for someone getting a 200 person dinner catered. They coached us on good options, without being pushy about anything.Even with that few people, planning events can be stressful and the food was the least stressful aspect in part due to the tremendous customer service. Everyone we dealt with was gracious, helpful, and willing to work with us. The food was excellent as well, which isn't easy to accomplish for a drop-off.

We just had Bistro To Go cater our wedding and I cannot say enough good things about their staff. Shauna, Nikki, Kayla, and Jessica made everything a breeze. They answered any questions we had (even if we thought we were asking stupid ones, lol).Everyone was blown away by the food! I think that was the most frequent compliment we got through the night.A couple months after we'd done our tasting and picked our menu, I got diagnosed with celiac disease. As someone who was still adjusting, I got nervous about asking for any sort of accommodation. It was no problem for them, and they were happy to provide us with gluten free crackers and pasta.I cannot recommend Bistro To Go enough. They're worth every penny!

If you want to do something unique with your catering for your wedding, you need to go with Bistro To Go! We were able to create the perfect menu for our guests and ourselves from the wide variety of different options they offer. Each dish tasted better than the last. We chose a station style dinner and were so happy to be able to choose a little bit of something from each station. Plus we also enjoyed the food for the next 2-3 days with all the leftovers that we were able to take home after the wedding. We couldn't be happier with the food and service we received on our wedding day from Bistro To Go.

The team helped us in our decision making with what foods would pair best. Wedding day, everyone raved about the hors d vours, especially the grand display charcuterie board! Our dual-plated chicken & beef meal was amazing too! They were efficiently with serving all 200+ guests their meals & were careful in accommodating many food allergies too.Throughout the planning process & on our wedding day, Bistro was a dream team to work with for catering!

The tasting for the wedding was so cool and such a neat experience. Of course, the food itself is amazing! We have received so many compliments and comments on the food even months later.
