Great services, small selection food, bar, and a myriad of beer on tap.I had the Caesar Salad with salmon, and it was phenomonal. Their croutons are made their and they really heightened the dish. Off street, paid parking and close the the Science Center as well. Nice place for family and kids.“

“Very cold beer. IPA is wonderful. Nice selection of bottled seltzers and spiked tea for non-beer drinkers. Lots of sitting area reminiscent of an old schoolhouse cafeteria. Family board games available to use. Food trucks rotate on daily basis. Good local hang out place. Will come back to try other beer offerings! Service is via QR code and ordering is at the counter. Restrooms are nice and clean.“
“Great spot. The food is better than you'd expect. The beers are great. Local craft sodas if you don't drink. Located a few blocks away from the busy part of Butler, so it's usually accessible and not filled with the suburban crowds that frequent the Abbey and such.“
“Living 30 minutes from the city, surrounded by breweries, all within the 30 minute or less drive, it's tough to give anyone a 5 star rating, except the craft breweries that have survived for over 10 years. But I've found in the few times that I've been to LoLev, the service, vibe and of course the beers, are worth the trip. So LoLev is always on my list of stops, in their section of the city.“
“A fun and eclectic brewery in Verona. Inner Groove's ~thing~ is having a great collection of records which are always spinning. It added a nice ambiance while sitting at the bar and whatever's playing is a good conversation starter with the bartenders who are really friendly and helpful. I felt the tap list is super IPA heavy, which I'm not as into anymore personally. But if you are, you'll love it! I tried a blonde ale and the rainbow sherbet sour (which legit tasted like melted rainbow sherbet). They were both good. I look forward to checking out this space again in the summer. It's really close to the river so I'm sure it's even better when you can spend time outside.“
“Nice and friendly staff, good food and love the rotating weekly pizza. They are always so creative and different. Inside is cozy and I love the outdoor area during the warmer months. Winter they also have fire pits, which are cozy to hang by. Dog friendly outside is a plus.“
“Great pop-up experience. The service staff was very friendly and funny to chat with, and the cheesesteak-burger-thing that my partner and I split was really enjoyable. I got the new Zealand hazy to drink and was very satisfied with the pairing, and the view of the river, while not spectacular, was definitely pleasing and we enjoyed our post-dinner walk which I will lump in with the overall experience.“

Not only are their beers unique and tasty, but they generally have something that will please everyone.Some of the best beers I've had have come from Hitchhiker and while their cans are good in a pinch, their on tap beers are well worth the trip.My only knock is they need to expand somewhere else with more seating and do a food menu of their own rather than relying on food trucks which can be hit or miss (can't remove a star for that since it's clear this is only a taproom) .The staff is great and attentive and let you try something so you don't get a glass of something you will hate.Getting seating here sometimes can be problematic in the winter months; but their stuff is top shelf and worth it.One of my top 5 breweries in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.“

This staff was fantastic with how casual they were with the situation. I'd come and give my business to this small brewery everytime I visit the Pittsburgh area.“
“We had a large group and food was good. Kids had sliders, rest of us had ahi tuna salad, lemon pepper wings, ziti, jambalaya and even had the trio pizzookies. Kids meals didn't come out with sides, but John fixed it. All in all, it was good meal, just wish we could have been wrapped up a little faster.“
“Absolutely loved this place. The food was great and the outdoor area is beautiful. I ordered pierogis, tofu bites, Greek salad, and pretzel bites. The tofu bites were crispy and flavorful. The pierogis were almost as good as my grandma’s. I would totally go back here again when in town. There’s even a nice walking trail nearby if you want to make a full afternoon of activities.“
“As another patron noted, the staff didn't seem all too keen to indulge in free-chat. I too felt a bit burdensome for no apparent reason other than being older than the common lot. But the space makes up for it and some of the beer was very good. I definitely look forward to returning. It seems to me that there's a lot of weird class resentment in Pittsburgh. You can be a bar owner but feel somehow threatened by someone who speaks in an educated manner, even if you're economically far less off.“

“Our favorite place. We come with my 1 and 4 year girls probably 3 times per month and they love it. Great for kids with a simple menu and great beer. Fair pricing and staff that cares. Last weekend I was solo-parenting and it was pouring down rain so I brought my girls up for a quick bite. I can’t recall who it was but the worker was super helpful as she could see me myself with two little ones and they brought our food to us along with drinks and helped my older daughter put her used cups in the wash bin. They clearly see the value in being a place that caters to young families and kids and if I could give 6 stars I would“
“We had a tour last week with our beer guide Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable about all beers and the history of the area, very friendly and just really enjoyable as a tour guide. We went to Old Thunder in Blawnox, Strange Roots in Millvale and Allegheny City on the North Side - each with its own ambiance and tasty brews. We'd be happy to go on another tour with friends sometime!“
