Not a whole lot better than a bagel You’d get at an airport. Probably better to go to a small business cafe or coffee shop in the area instead

Don't bother coming here to order in person unless you have a lot of time. They get a ton of orders, and they service them (both online and in person) in the sequence in which they came. This means if you just want 3 bagels (not a sandwich), you might have to wait 10 minutes or longer. After tipping prior to receiving my bagels, I waited at least 5 minutes while the two women workers prepared orders (apparently a long list of sandwiches). I could see they were really busy, but since I have to get back to work, I asked them politely if they could just hand me the 3 bagels I ordered but without cutting them (so it would be faster for them), but they became frazzled, rolled their eyes, and semi-aggressively asked me to wait my turn.As I was leaving, I heard one worker say rather loudly that I had an attitude. There were two women making the orders who were frantic (clearly understaffed), but 1 man doing almost nothing at the register (why didn't he just hand me the bagels after I ordered them?).I don't come here much because my experience is always the same. Sometimes I just want to pop in and buy a bagel but it's too much of a hassle. They lost my business (again).

Bagels are always fresh and delicious. Ordered online and it was ready for pickup when I got there. Bummer their dining room is closed bc it was a great place to sit and work but will still be a regular customer!

I'm down $16 for two extremely modest bagel sandwiches. The people were nice despite them messing up my order. The bagel was less than ok, but nothing special whatsoever.I don't think I'd come back again. It was my first and last time giving them my money.

There was no option for “No tip”. Tipping is discretionary, not mandatory.

I’ve been to breuggers in other states and this by far has been the best. Everyone got along , helping out each other. The manager welcomes the guest and employees also, and always welcomes you on your way. I’ve been in the shop in the late morning and my bagels have always been warm. I recommend the shadyside store. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you

Chain with some ok sandwiches and bagels. They forgot multiple ingredients on my last bagel sandwich and the upstairs seating area was closed for pretty much no reason.

Disappointed that the indoor seating is closed, making this a carryout place

Best bagels EVER! Great service as well!

Food was delicious. A little pricey more than what I expected to pay for a bagel sandwich

Pricey, but so delicious! The staff was friendly, with great recommendations. Sat outside on a bench as the dining in was not available when we were there. Will be back to try more bagel flavors!

Carefully watch while they make your sandwich! I ordered two smoked salmon sandwiches, and she instead gave us two plain cream cheese sandwiches while I was paying (and even added a tip) and no one answered the phone when I called to give feedback.

Half dozen combo and a tub of cream cheese for $11? Count me in.

Dirty as hell. No parking. Bad coffee.
