If you like dry, overcooked burgers that leave a bad aftertaste lingering for hours, you will love these burgers! I want to be very clear that this review is for the Burgatory at PPG Paints Arena. I've always had a good experience at the local restaurants.

Food here is always a must when I visit Pittsburgh. I've eaten here many times and the food and service never disappoint.

This is hands down the worst location in Pittsburgh. We both ordered custom burgers that came out incredibly undercooked, the fries were burnt and so were her chips. I would seriously only get the milkshake and get a burger from McDonald's you will be much happier with that combination. We both got good poisoning after eating here which is always a great time. 1 star only given because the milkshakes are amazing

The burgers here are over hyped McDonald's burgers. I'm from out of town and this place sucks.. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Watched a customer get kicked out for being extremely rude to servers. 10/10. Our server Ryan was excellent. Burgers were great. Good place.

The bun was stale and the burger was dry.

It is arena food, so they know they have you and charge more than they do in the resteraunt for food that isn't as fresh. 2 burgers, a bottle of water, 1 order of fries. $50. I asked for a cup of water and was told no. I bought the $6 bottle of water and asked for an empty cup to split it and was also told no. I walked to the next vendor and they gladly gave me a cup of water. There are plenty of great resteraunts around the arena. Just eat before you go in. The food wil be better and it will save $$$.Vegetarian options: They do serve an impossible burger. It is the most expensive thing on their menu.

My first visit to Pitt and a Penguins home game too. looking for a fantastic burger and read reviews which were very positive, even best burger ever statements....so we ate at the stadium. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BURGER EVER!! charred, dry, zero flavor, bun hard as rock, maybe teaspoon of bbq sauce, 1/4 slice of bacon!!!!...I LOVE burgers and get them all over when travel, extremely disappointed.

****Burgatory IN NAME ONLY****Burgers were cold. Overpriced, yet expected for a sports venue. It's not what you expect in Burgatory.

Best burger I’ve had. ????

The fries were overly salty and there were only beef options for burgers and sandwiches, which was a bit disappointing. Even a chicken sandwich or an impossible burger (vegan burger) would have been a great alternative for those who don't eat beef.
