My wife and I went here in December, and we loved it! The cloud 9 was fantastic. We just went for a drink and ended up staying for two! The decor is so much fun - you think you've been transported to a ski lodge. It's quality - from the drinks to the interior. It's the classic Mr. DeShantz flair that we've come to love in these restaurants that keep us coming back! Check this place out before it's too late. Great service as always!

Delicious drinks, great dj, and very nicely setup space in this pop up in Butcher & the rye.

Apres ski bar really cool vibe and well decorated with apres ski in mind. Cool corners with chairs adorned as if you're in a lodge in Swiss alps or ski resorts out west. Just cocktail drinks, beer & wines! Staff was friendly but will check ID at gate and cool smart phone ordering or coded...

Edit: Changing to 5 stars for sassy response, 5/5 will return with ear plugs.Came at 7 for the Apres Ski Christmas party. Adorable decorations, really fun cocktails, great and fast service. All ruined by atrocious DJing. So loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you, music was EDM remixes that give you a migraine, and absolutely ZERO Christmas songs.

This is the best holiday bar in Pittsburgh (and I've been to them all)!! The drinks are clutch. Idk how much alcohol is in the Butcher Bombarding, but it's the best thing I've ever tasted. Go here!

Cool vibe but they make you order your drinks from a kiosk, total buzzkill. The kiosk destroys the whole vibe. Go back to the old days where people order drinks from other humans.

This has been the year for holiday pop-up's, we've been to quite a few in the past few weeks & this one is way up at the top of our list. The Apres Ski Bar is a like a Christmas Pop Up but without the tacky stuff. Think higher end, so elevated cocktails and space to lounge. Definitely worth a visit for the cocktails and the vibes. Couple things to note - there's no food, this is a cocktail pop-up so plan to grab dinner elsewhere, it's well located so there are a bunch of options around well within walking distance. It's only open on the weekend so it gets busy, and we noticed a wait at the door when we were leaving so it would probably be helpful to make this your first stop on your night out so you can snag a seat, it fills up quick! You order drinks on your phone using the QR Code wherever you're sitting & it comes right out to your spot so super easy & you don't have to try to squeeze into the bar to put in your order, so even though it's a popular spot, you'll be able to get your order in. We tried 4 drinks between us - no duds in the bunch - but we did have favorites like the Butcher Bombardino, and the Snowfall in Montego Bay (that's the snow cone in the mug - delicious and fun!)

The drinks were cute! And the atmosphere was fun and unique. No food as it was a pop up. And I had wished there was food. A little disorganized upon entry but staff was very friendly. I would recommend the

Apres ski bar is everything you'd expect for decor, from ambient fireplaces and all the ski lodge feels. The drinks were great and celebratory of the season. The waitstaff were kind and went through the menu with you and answered all questions. It is a little overpriced. Food was mediocre but the way I look at it is you come for the atmosphere and drinks. Not so much the food. The steak tartare was a step above mediocre and the pretzel was good but it's a pretzel. Entrees were small so I would recommend if they return with the theme to have drinks and maybe an appetizer there and go over to their sister restaurant Meat and Potatoes for an actual meal.

It was a lovely meal and a fun atmosphere! The mussels are to die, the cocktails were lovely and our server, Nick, was absolutely perfect. Our glasses were never empty but nothing felt rushed. It was a fun Thursday evening and I'm so glad we got to go!

It had really fun themeing and the service was excellent. It was great for people-watching, and cozy with all of the furry blankets draped on the seats. The only thing I wish for, was a few more items on the food menu.

Stopped in last night and got seated incredibly quickly for a Saturday in Downtown. Service was amazing the entire time. The hosts were getting people taken care of quickly, and Erin was an amazing server! The current pop up only offers appetizers, which we didn’t know, and a pretty limited menu at that. The food we did order was great, but there weren’t a lot of options for any dietary restrictions. It was also on the expensive side for just two apps ($70 for the food and two drinks).Great service, good food. I won’t be back for this pop-up, but I’ll keep an eye on what they’re up to in the future.
