My first time sitting down i would never do it again, the workers were starring at me and my niece and talking, two of the other workers sat across from us laughing loud, talking. We felt very uncomfortable. Also when calling for a delivery order the never get my order right and the customer service is so negative I mean I get they have other customers but talking over me trying to complete my order and don’t even know what i’m about order is crazy.
Just order a Xl piazza mushroom person on the phone was rud as h e l l for $24.00 keep your pizza i will never again Went back in April 18 2024 They want $27 for a extra large pizza one top That I was picking up Pizza not that good.

Very rude guy that answers the phone and portrays himself as the manager. Always rude and disrespectful always have an attitude gets my order wrong every time I’ll never order there again and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Outside of this individual other staff are a pleasure to deal with. He however is not I feel sorry for anyone who have to deal with this guy who portrays himself as manager and don’t have any hospitality for those who spends money in this establishment.

I ordered at 7.06 on and came for pick up in 20 minutes as was said.But I waited aditional 20 minutes in restaurant for my order.And that was only 24 wings and slices of pizza.That was very upsetting.

I go to this place regularly, as it’s very close to the Benedum Center.The food is nicely priced and has good portionsThe food itself is pretty good, although today when I ordered the buffalo fries with cheese, the cheese wasn’t the cheese that was normally on it (melted shredded cheese) and had the consistency and flavor of a nacho cheese mixed with that squeeze cheese from a can.Overall, I think this place is really good and have good accommodations to large parties too.

Ordered a large Milano’s Special Pizza *plus added banana peppers, and a Large Pepperoni pizza yesterday , received 1 large pepperoni and one large with just banana peppers pizza, (rest of toppings missing) but was charged the price of the Milanos special(so cost me $30 for 1 topping pizza) This used to be my favorite shop but has been trending down the last couple of Months, not sure what has changed but I think it’s time to start ordering elsewhere.
