Because my ESA did not have a vest, they turned us away. Despite having her badge, the manager asked us to leave which is an infringement of the Americans with disability act. There was a lack of respect from the staff member working outside and the manager was unkind as well. We ended up going to Dads instead, where they welcomed us with open arms.
