I don't frequent fast food restaurants that often, but when I'm working as a first responder, it's basically a given. Disappointed that this location does not offer the first responder discount! Literally every other pgh location has; I guess it depends on location which is good to know.
words can’t describe how delightful my experience was at this Chick-fil-A. everything about my experience made me yearn for more time at the Chick-fil-A. in particular there was a worker named Dennis who asked us if we needed anything else and always greeted us politely overall the food was great and I had a fabulous time. Might have Chick-fil-A for dinner.
Nice little restaurant but the parking sucks. Good luck finding a parking spot on a busy day. Very busy area

Took over 5 minutes to get order. Only had 2 cars ahead of me. Ist car had problems with their order due to server going back and forth with drinks and bags. Unable to have car pull forward to let others through.

There is such a difference between the service at Chick-fil-A’s and other fast food chains and dining at this Chick-fil-A was such a refreshing experience. There is always someone waiting to assist you and someone even came around to the tables and asked if I needed anything such as a refill. Everyone is so courteous and the restaurant is very clean as well. Keep up the great work!
The wait was terrible I was waiting for 30minutes in my car! And they messed up our order!

What a wonderful place . Service was excellent , as well as the food Place immaculate! Dennis assisted me . Very accommodating! He helped me with my food selection. So many options. I ordered coffee with my meal. He made a special effort to make sure the coffee was fresh since most customers order the many types of soft drinks. I've heard so many great reviews about Chick-fil-A I had to try it. I'll certainly return!
