One of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. The place was filthy trash overflowing everywhere, tables dirty, food area dirty, and everything a mess. The staff was not friendly at all. None of them should work in the customer service field, if they don't like dealing with people. Will go to McDonald's which we don't eat before stepping foot in this Chipotle again.

The worst Chipotle I ever had. I was surprised bc I thought since it's in a nice location it would be good. Cold fatty chicken, cold rice and beans. Out of queso and chips smh. Do better!

We just ordered Chipotle from Uber Eats and paid for the rush delivery. Well, this is like the third time it’s been disgusting, and this was the last straw. We’ll never be ordering again. My cheese quesadilla came with NO cheese and our rice was hard as a rock. To add to the frustration, you cannot even call to speak to anyone. Their restaurant has a recorded message about placing an order and actually tells you that you can’t speak to anyone. UberEats did refund my order but I still paid for the tip (totally not blaming the driving), but now I’m out $8 and had to figure out something else for dinner. Please be wary when ordering from this Chipotle. There is zero quality control and no care from their workers.

How many bad reviews does this location need to get before the Regional Manager does something???-Out of veggies-Out of chips-Under cooked kids quesadilla, should have just made one at home.This place was filthy dirty. I mean disgusting, not a single table clean. We came at 4:30pm! How does this place pass any inspection? Please save yourself the trouble and do not come to this Chipotle.

This store is very poorly ran. They are always out of key ingredients whether that be vegetables, actual meat, chip, etc. The staff seem more interested with their personal friends and each other then taking an orders. There is no management oversight.
An Amazing worker named Brittney always helps me and my friend even close to closing times. Going above and beyond for us and our meals. She really deserves a promotion/ management position.

I can totally see why this location has a hard time hiring/retaining employees which in turn makes the whole experience (cleanliness/availability of items/quality of food) suffer. Went there today 1/27 for lunch at 11:30. Decent sized line, but that doesn't bother me. Waited in line long enough to see there was one employee preparing AND ringing out all the orders. She deserves not only a raise but a metal for dealing with the orders being barked out at her from the chicken slicing tyrant behind her. The poor girl was doing everything and this other lady was criticizing her every move, yet she continued waiting on everyone with grace. At one point a customer asked for chips and the chicken tyrant yelled "there's only 3 of us here" at her. The young lady assisting everyone went to refill the forks for a customer which got the chicken tyrant lady loudly asking customers where she "disappeared to" totally unprofessional and rude. The food was ok, there were no chips/ no drinks other than soda not a great experience. If I were the young lady, i would of walked out and went to get a job at one of the other restaurants in that little plaza. "Now hiring" signs all over the place, you couldn't pay me enough to work there and deal with that. No teamwork at all.

With a hour left before closing there is absolutely no fresh food. Out of chicken, black beans l and white rice. Never eating at this location. I walk-in, no greeting and they are cleaning up. Terrible!

I have worked in the plaza for over a year now and out of all of the times I’ve been here on break (I have to pray I go in on a good day every time— barely ever is), there is ALWAYS ingredients missing, extremely rude staff, dirty tables, either they are only accepting card, cash, or mobile orders (it’s either one or the other). This Chipotle seriously needs new management and an entire new crew because everything about it is a mess. I love Chipotle which is why I still try to go there on my break sometimes, but their workers seriously need to go. Imagine yelling at your customers every single day. Why so miserable?
