Parking is available, but limited. Parking garage is available but who wants to do that. Space is dynamic and nice. You can sit in the main area where the restaurants are, upstairs, outside in a heated tent or in an atrium on the other side. I tried the $10 Korean fries from Somi. Expensive, not very big, and did not taste that good. Also, we got the buffalo cauliflower from elevate. $15 for some air fryer, bagged frozen appetizer that is not good...we couldn't eat it. Then, I got the vegan pho from Somi as well. Super bland, almost all noodles and did not appear to come with the extra vegetables I paid for. I really don't understand the request for a tip when paying upfront for food and service you have yet to experience. I don't personally care for ordering food from a QR code on the table, but I guess it has some benefits. Personally, I would rather have an actual waiter. I'd probably go back, but I was not really impressed.

Loved the poke bowl from Shaka!! Very generous on the portions, and everything was incredibly fresh. A++ for the great service (everyone was super nice!) and chill environment.

City Kitchen was a self-driven experience that gave off upscale vibes. We walked in and my 9-year-old was delighted that he was empowered with so many options. After choosing a large comfy booth, he proceeded to use my phone to order from the vast menu.As I was putting my order in the staff brought over cutlery, glasses, and water. You pay as you enter your order on your phone, so there are no wasted trees (physical receipts). The food is then delivered promptly to your table. It felt like the Jetsons came and took over 2024 and packed flavor along with it. We enjoyed the food and our experience, we will be back!

Loved the food & during the week, the dining space wasn't too crowded. Great place for dinner and drinks with a friend.

A cool concept that provides a lot of options. It can be a bit overwhelming on the first visit because you have five menus to work through, and if you're not quick, the ordering system will kick you out.Burgers were good, fried pickles were solid, and the Korean BBQ fries were dynamite. The cranberry rosemary mule from the bar was also quite nice.If I lived nearby, I'd be fairly likely to go here frequently.

I don’t know, I really wanted to like this place because I do like the concept behind it and the location. Therefore, I tried this place a few times before writing this review. I have tried a somi rice bowl and I didn’t like it that much. Even with all the ingredients, I felt like it was pretty bland. This time I tried the cacio e pepe from elevate and it was just disappointing. The chicken was so bland and the pasta was so oily. My friend got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was decent but still very greasy and oily. In general, I like that it has multiple restaurants so you have several options, but overall my experiences have been very underwhelming.

Food is tasty and usually quick. Lots of options. 4 star for food only because it’s a bit pricey. But this place is a neighborhood gem, and a great place to bring kids.Kid-friendliness: Great for families!

Food is excellent. Service is a little weird. You have to scan a QR code on the table to order. You order and pay on your phone and then someone brings the food. The venue was very loud but overall a very good experience.

The wait is entirely too long. There’s no sense in ordering appetizers because it will take just as long. Everything is overpriced. Expect to pay a minimums of $20 for terrible service. You have to walk up to a register to order. The food is not worth the wait.

I almost gave a full 5 stars but it was hard for me to do so knowing I have not ordered from each restaurant here. I ordered the Loco Moco from Shaka and it was very good. But the star of the show was the Coffee Manhattan which was excellent! I highly recommend trying City Kitchen. I will be back to try more from the other restaurants and hopefully update to 5 stars.

Ambience is nice, food tastes good. Unfortunately both of our orders were wrong, took a very long time to get one of the two items, and some of the staff were not very helpful or nice. The manager made a very strong effort to apologize, gave us free dessert, and did not charge us for one of the meals. It was a very nice gesture and I'm grateful for his apology. That said, we probably will not return anytime soon, as the overall experience was a bit difficult.
