Upon entering a worker was leaving and said she was going off shift. Somebody should be able to see us. Nobody came. Finally the girl came back before she left and Sat us When they brought someone else to her section she was upset and said they will just have to wait. At which time someone else came out said they were short handed so she would wait on them. Training appears to be awful because one should never complain in front of the quests. Makes everyone uncomfortable!!!! I wondered where the manager was if they’re shorthanded maybe he should get his self fat hair and wait on tables and they ran out of food terrible terrible handling!!!

Cracker barrel never fails to impress me. Food is hot, service is excellent and the ambience is wonderful.My only complaint is that the store has way too many things that catch my eye

We chose to have my daughter’s birthday dinner at Cracker Barrel. She loves the tips,chicken,&shrimp. As do I. When our food was delivered, the two of us were very disappointed in the quantity that we were served of the trio. It was like they made one order and then split it between the two of us. We couldn’t even eat the steak tips. They were so over done. You couldn’t cut them with a knife let alone chew them. The restaurant was extremely busy. We did wait an hour for a table that was only supposed to be 20 minutes. This is the first time we have been disappointed in this Cracker Barrel.

Waited WAY TOO LONG for ice cold food. I got pancakes and they were so cold the butter wouldn’t even spread. Sad piece of ham, burnt sausage, cooked to solid ‘sunny side up’ eggs. Husbands chicken was hot but his potatoes, and corn were cold. Cold cold. Paid and walked out without even eating. Never again. Chain restaurants need to go.

Went with a huge party of 11. Took quite a while to put three tables together but after that everything was as good as cracker barrel could be.
