If they had consistency, it would be a lot better. I love coffee, but no matter what I've ordered, I've had the same experience. Two days ago I ordered a 16 Oz cappuccino and recieved a cup barely 1/4 full 4.50 is a lot for just foam.

As a coffee nerd, the beans they use here are absolutely incredible. Always dialed in perfectly. Milk steaming isn't perfect. Every barista I've seen here is really kind though.

I used to like the mocha frappe (it had a name I don't remember) so much that I'd occasionally make the trip from Charleston WV just for that. The last time I was in town, I got the new version from a different location and was extremely disappointed. I'm happy to say that, this time, it was almost as good as the original. The only negatives this time are the service and cleaning. There was only one person working, so service was slow and he wasn't friendly at all and the interior of the shop looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Please, clean the place up, hire more people, and get Crazy Mocha back to what it was when it was my favorite coffee in the East.

Bad coffee, bad service. I've given this place 3 chances and I was left very disappointed twice. Got a brown sugar latte and it tasted like straight stevia, even though I didn't even ask for sugar. The guy was rude and it was overpriced (almost $7 for a large). I got a matcha the other day that was pretty good made by a very sweet human being (~4:30 Wednesday, I think). She was very patient, kind, and helped me decide what I wanted. This morning, though, a 30-40 year old guy was very impatient, short, judgmental, and showed no interest in me nor my order. Such a shame because the woman was very sweet and I want to support her, but he seems like an owner/manager and I do not want to support him. Wishing her the best. Best to go in the evening and if you see him working, just turn around.

This place has an amazing chai!!!! My friend and I were able to study peacefully here for a couple of hours. Free guest wifi, chill atmosphere, and the person at the bar was funny & very helpful. 10/10

We stopped in for coffee on a Saturday morning. It was dirty. We stood next to the counter and waited for ten minutes while the barista made coffees for customers who were waiting. We were dressed nicely.... Obviously not homeless.... But when I asked for the restroom key, he rudely told me that I needed to buy something. Unreal..... we had been patiently waiting for him to take our order. We waited another five minutes until he got around to taking out order -- then I got the key. Pathetic behavior. Average coffee. Dirty. Nope!
