Custom Catering and Banquets

Booked a pool party @ Comfort Inn...asked for specific kid friendly foods...Pizza and chicken tenders...food was awesome and everyone enjoyed it...definitely going to use them for my next catered event

When we booked this hall, (and put our deposit down) we were promised some things. Then got word that the person we met with quit. The owner of the catering business met with us, promised us “he’s a man of his word” and will honor everything she promised. We hade an option to find another hall on less than 6 months, or stick with it, and see how it ended up... we choose INCORRECTLY !! They served our wedding cake with the dial rods still in the cake!!!!! In the the hall was 100 people sweating their butts off and couldn’t dance because the hall owner Anthony S said the condenser broke, but according to the front desk, this was a new air conditioner.. I also heard from several guests that they saw him keep going over and turn it back up after someone would turn it down. Hotel was being renovated, not the banquet halls fault, but I ripped my wedding gown on carpet tack strips that were left uncovered, everyone that brushed up against the walls were white!! I was told by the original manager that we would be kept in separate meeting rooms, and she would get us when it was time to come out, so we didn’t see each other before the wedding.. My Sister in law a bridesmaid, went to ask about this and was told “we are the caterer, the wedding is on you”. Definitely should not be on the service industry! He was nice enough to buy a new arch to use, however, we asked to have it put on risers, which he did, but when our pastor came and said he wouldn’t stand on it, because he fell off of one a few weeks before, he refused to take it down!! We did it ourselves, (the two risers weren’t even locked together, so someone definitely could have been hurt). not wanting anyone to be uncomfortable, and he refused to hide it behind the curtain, so he covered it with drapes.. THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE!! Our family and friends made it beautiful for us, but no thanks to the caterer management!! We had our wedding and rehearsal dinner there.. when booked, we were told $12.00 a person, (I even had a paper with that price on it) we were charged $15.00 ‘because he was already giving us such a deal”. Mind you, this is what was promised to us when we booked!!
