A couple of nights back, as soon as my husband and me walked in, the employees seemed uninterested in helping us. After receiving my order and digging into my ice cream, a long hair had touched my lip and teeth. It was clear that the hair didn’t match mine in appearance. It’s better to save your money and find another place to go.

This place is just gross. Literally every time I walk by one or more employees are out smoking. It seems like they spend 4 of their 8 hours a day smoking.Then you just hope they wash this hands when making your food. They all have bad attitudes when taking your order. And the food is not well made.I don't know why I've gone multiple times but I'm done. I hope they sell to new owners who care about the restaurant, the brand, the South Side and their own competence as owners.

It's been quite a while since I've been to a Dairy Queen. I got the Banana Split as I usually do cuz it's my favorite, but this was a teeny bit off. It was good and I devoured it. Just not as delicious as I remember it being. I was told they changed the ice cream to yogurt or something. Maybe that's it.. IDK. Also the bananas were on the side like they're supposed to be but, they weren't down in the dish. Not that that would change the taste or anything. It's just wasn't as neatly made like I'm used to seeing them. I guess the banana was too big for the dish and wouldn't fit snug if that makes any sense. Anyway I would order it again cuz I love banana splits.

I wanted a banana split. It was nothing like one. The staff could care less about my complaint.I got an auto responce from them claiming they hope i give them another chance. If they cared a real person would have responded. They could also fix their banana split.Granted that would be like customer service.

I do not recommend, drive 3 miles to the other one. The girl taking orders seemed annoyed that anyone was there and could not even turn her show off so she could her our orders. The food was not fresh and definitely made a while ago.
Probably the only DQ in the inner city of Pittsburgh. Recently just visited and I gotta say the food was cooked great and tasted even better, the staff was friendly and quick and the place was very clean. Happy that this location is here and thriving.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible.

The fastest service I have ever experienced in my gay life - and so patient - everyone in line was being so dumb and annoying. Give these employees a raise, now.Wheelchair accessibility: Someone in a wheelchair would be able to enter and order easily. Leaving might be a challenge as the area where you order and would turn around in is a bit narrow.

Never again. Aside from the visible dirtiness/stickiness of surfaces and the plastic bin of sprinkles or something sitting on a ledge within customers reach, the cashier (?) with multiple colors in her hair has the customer service skills of Oscar the Grouch. Walked in at 9p but the posted hours said open until 930. Several people walked in after us and she mumbled under her breath with every entrance and just stared at everyone for their order. I actually asked her if it was okay that we ordered she was so rude and once she was finished texting she answered. Girl making orders was fine/efficient hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Delicious ice cream cake, for my Steeler loving brother and his family! Icing on the outside with hot fudge and chocolate in the middle. So delightful for warm hot day. Giving four stars bc saleswoman said she didn't know what was inside?! Uh ok
