Wanted to order a ice cream cake with fudge in the middle instead of crunchies. Called the day before and one team member was going to special make it and the manager just had to decorate it first thing in the morning for pickup at noon. The manager Tonya responded that she didn’t feel like it and we could pick it up after 5. If I needed it for an afternoon party why would I only be ok picking it up after 5! Piss poor service.

I literally cannot even order an ice cream cake on the phone because theirs must be broken. Sounds like the old dial up noises when I call, and cannot hear the worker.
