I went to the this location and brought two medium pizzas and was charged $11.49 per pizza, I then realized that I was charged too much and when I called in to see about getting some type of reimbursement or another deal, I was told that I have to ask for the $7.99 or $5.99 deal and that there was nothing that they can do about it, you will think proper customer service, or whatever you want to call it, will tell you about a deal vs me having to ask. I will never return back to this location it's pitiful.

So many people have gone in here and seen bugs. Also their delivery drivers do a ton of drugs. I don’t normally judge but I think they may fall asleep drugged up with your food in the car. Orders can take two hours

If you want your food delivered order from somewhere else. They will also refuse to refund you because the manger is unreachable everyday due to their own incompetence.

I usually would get pizza here once a week but continually kept having issue. Ordered delivery and the app said the pizza was delivered which is wasn’t so it took me 15 minutes to get ahold of someone for them to tell me the driver waited out front of my house for 20 minutes and took the pizza back which nobody ever showed, then they called me wondering if I still wanted it, So 1hr 25 minutes later my cold food was delivered and the driver was demanding they get tipped. What a joke

I used to order from here all the time but never again. My last order took over two hours and when I tried to call literally nobody answered the phone. I don't know who owns it now but they're making Dominos look really bad.

We ordered the Italian sub and they were horrible! I had convinced my mother before ordering how good those sandwiches! It was the worst hoagie ever, she was so disappointed there was nothing in it but a couple pieces of salami! She said it was so light she thought the box was empty. She said that when you pick up the bread it looked like a hoagie bun with nothing in it! I will never order it again so sad!!!
I highly recommend not ordering from this location. Today I went in because they gave me the wrong pizza and the lady that just touched money and her cell phone started making it without washing her hands or gloves. I had to stop her and ask the other young lady to make it since I just saw her wash her hands. Very dirty and unprofessional. She even argued with me about the pizza they made incorrectly. Go anywhere but here! All this and the pizza was not tasty.

I've been ordering from here for yeeears, weekly. Its awful here ever since these new people took over maybe a year ago or so. I go in this time and had ordered the boneless chicken for my son. Something told me to open the box. It looked like a small and I mean SMALL lump of trash. I told them politely I'm not going to give this to my son. I asked for a refund. Only 3 women working in there and I was told that the only way I could get a refund was by waiting until the manager came in and he would process it "sometime" and is get it back in 7 to 14 days and that he'd give me a "call". Where tf do they do this at??? And the women began to then text this guy about my issue and they were too afraid to call him as he's "busy" and they aren't "allowed" to do so. Tell me ANYWHERE IN AMERICA THIS IS PRACTICED???? ANYWHERE. This type of stuff will NEVER fly DOMINOS and I will NEVER give you another PENNY of business. I will also be on the phone with corporate first thing Monday. These people are insane. DO NOT BUY HERE. I'm sure you all have noticed the difference in service lately. These people do not deserve our business if this is how they wanna play.

All I can comment on is the pizza. I didn't have anything else here. That being said, I've had frozen pizzas that blow this pizza away. By far, the worst pizza I've ever eaten. So bad, that I was compelled to warn anyone to buy a Tombstone or Red Baron at the grocery store instead. You'll be much more satisfied.I mean, if you're looking to feed a group for under 30 bucks, and don't mind the terrible flavor, sure, it's edible.Service at pickup was fine.
