I always have such a great experience with this Dunkin. Normally I don’t like to use Drive Thru’s at fast food chains because it usually takes awhile to get through the line, but this Dunkin is always very efficient at getting customers through the line in a timely manner and my order is always ready right away when I pull up to the window. This is much appreciated when I am on my way to work! Keep up the great work!

This Dunkin is the only one close to my new job and the food and drinks are very good. Worker got an attitude with me though because I pulled up to the speaker and she told me “wait a minute I’ll be right with you” and so I waited and then she yelled at me and said are you ready yet like I only waited because you said wait. She obviously meant to talk to the person at the window but it was no fault of my own. Be more patient with customers please . I will give it another shot though .

This Dunkin is in the most convenient spot for commuters to work in downtown Pittsburgh except their coffee is so INCONSISTENT! My iced coffee will have 2-5 cubes in it MAYBE some days and others too much. The coffee tastes stale like it's been sitting at the bottom of the container all day, it's just never good. I should order my coffee that costs 6$ and hope that it tastes good today, It's very upsetting because the people there are so nice but the coffee isn't at all! I used to go every single day on my way to work but I stopped because I would just end up throwing the coffee away once I got to work because I couldn't stomach swallowing it! Please please better your products because I really wanna enjoy this Dunkin again!

I did not read the reviews before ordering my food on the DD app (rookie mistake but I wasn't near my normal Dunkin. The reviews said the line took a long time and it definitely was a longer wait than I have waited for other Dunkin's. However when I did get to the window the employee was super nice and my order was correct.

They don't have what kind of donuts they offer on the drive-thru menu, and it's crazy expensive. 10 bucks for 6 tiny donuts!

Good coffee ! The breakfast foods are pretty good for a quick bite! The DD near me has been remodeled and it is disappointing! It is a busy store and the dining area has been reduced to 3 tables. The space is there for more! The worst thing with all of the DD's I have been in... No one cleans or sanitizes the tables, even when they are not busy! It's disgusting!

This is a Drive through location only …Very unpleasant experience. Hot coffee served un-warm let alone hot.When brought to staffers attention - very rudely replied OK and shut the sliding door. No apologies. When tried to return the stale coffee- we do not accept returns you need to throw this away.Paying customers do not deserve this treatment. Decided not to visit this location anymore.Save your money and time. Find another DD.

Whoever is at the drive thru right now (8/9/23 @ 8:20am) needs a raise she’s great!!! Super fast and curtious, and also found time to give my dog a donut he loved on his way to the vet!
