I was waited on by, I think a dude, with long pink hair. He was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure that knowledgeable is the right word to describe counter staff at a donut shop, but well prepared to do his job, and possessed a confident, cheerful approach.The down side is that the place is filthy. Every table, the floors, the restrooms, everything. Not like sticky, hasn't been cleaned in a month type bad. But definitely a shift or two has gone by since takes were wiped down and floors swept.The really humorous bit is that the bathroom has a sign indicating that an outside service regularly does a "deep clean and sanitization". This may be true, but it is also possible that this outside service is the *only* cleaning that happens.For what it is worth, this doesn't seem to be uncommon in this area. It's certainly not the first fast food place in the Oakland area (sign says North Oakland runs on Dunkin') where cleanliness is not a priority.

At this location, it is very clean, convenient and friendly workers!Food is as expected.
I've ordered 10 times this year but every order was wrong :( always something missing or something made incorrectly. The strangest part is that they are fully staffed yet somehow the 3 people in the back do nothing but the 3 in the front are hustling and sweating. To be honest I don't know where the manager is!

I work for food delivery, and I got an order from this coffee shop, I come to pick up my order, they gave it to me but didn’t put it in the package, I tell them about this, that according to the client’s instructions, everything should be closed, but she supposedly doesn’t hears! in general, it was June 25, 2023 at 9 hours 45 minutes !!!! It is this point that works poorly for them !!!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 8:00am. Service was prompt and friendly, coffee was perfect. Good selection of donuts, as well.The establishment was clean, inside and out. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you!!!**Only one suggestion: I really wish they had SOME parking available specifically for their customers.It's a city location, so their options are kinda limited. But just 4-5 spots would be great, and probably all they'd need at one time....

Not my favorite Duncan. I've never not waited at least 10 minutes to get anything here. Even if you order a mobile app an hour ahead of time. Your order's not going to be ready when you come. Perpetually slow constantly understaffed and overcrowded. Go to the one on Forbes or Liberty.

The lady who worked on Saturday night likes to talk to her mother which is very nice while she is working but her mother never taught her don’t talk on phone while you are on work. And she definitely doesn’t like making orders after 7 pm even the store closes at 8. I will request the management to not give her night shift and trouble her it is so inconvenient for her can’t they understand.
