This location is constantly sold out of half their inventory and the staff seems flustered and undertrained, but usually trying. Any other halfway decent donut shop would steal most of their business easily. While I understand the kosher designation and vegetarian items given their location, the fake meat does not help Dunkin’s already mediocre quality. My kids like it, except when they’re out of their favorite flavors.
I don’t get the hate— the food is tasty, the staff is professional, and the location in squirrel hill is challenging!Thanks to Daryl & and he Saturday morning crew for thrilling my daughter with sprinkles & sugar.

This place has a horrible service, doesn't deliver the complete order ever. There have been times when the whole donut box was missing or hash browns and mini stuffed bagels. They are not honest at all with the service. I recommend not to trust them with delivery orders at all!
