For some reason my order is always missing something when I order from this location. When you call they want you to come back to receive what should have already been in the bag like its not a big inconvenience. I stopped ordering from this location for a few weeks due to the issues. I placed a order today 4/24/24 and of course the order was missing something as usual and the manager wants me to come back for a refund on your mistake makes no sense put the money back the same way you took it guess I will stop ordering here all together.

03/27/24 We arrived at the restaurant around 9am we were seated directly by the kitchen where you could clearly see the trash and fruit under the counter. The table were we sat was sticky and the floors clearly needed vacuumed. The waitress was very unkempt uniform dirty and hair not neat. I ordered a cup of coffee when it arrived the cup had lipstick on it. REALLY. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered the breakfast smile I explained to the waitress that due to my trach my food had to be cooked soft and not hard because it is impossible for me to swallow. In short this experience has again determined for me that eating out is not part of my agenda this was literally the first time that I ate out in over 5 yrs and Thanks to the experience at your establishment it will be another 20 before I do again.

Very disappointing! Our waiter was horrible! Kept checking on the other table. Never came back to check on us or check to see if our food was done and when he did. Yes, the plate was hot but the food was warm like it's been under the lamp we got there in time for the buffet but it ended at a certain time and they were not putting any more food out that's why we decided to just order. Not only that they brought someone's food out before ours and we had been there before them. Even the older couple in our section was waiting for a long time not the best. Experience. Everyone's experience is different.

The fish dish I got looked nothing like the picture on the menu. It did taste good but the toppings were almost burned . The waitress was super nice and attentive. I will go there again, but I will order something different.

This experience was so bad. We will not be back to this location.My husband and I love Eat n Park. After waiting 10 minutes to get seated simply because no one was at the hostess stand, we waited another 30 minutes for our order to get taken. From there, we waited another hour for even the mention of our meals. Our waitress never checked in, and we weren't even able to get our waters refilled after asking. Since we waited for 1.5 hours already with little apology and basically no communication, we got our meals to go. Busyness or short staffing are one thing (if these were even issues), but communication could've healed a lot of our frustration.
