We had a great experience working with FCC, specifically Carrie, for our March 2024 wedding at The Edgewood Club. From the start, there was full transparency on pricing and what was included. Carrie worked with us to develop our menu, including a few custom items. On our wedding day, Carrie and her team made sure my husband and I had food, drinks, and were enjoying ourselves. True to the name. First Class Catering provided food and desserts for our 35 people house Halloween party with a server and bartender for 5 hour. The whole experience was amazing! Food was fantastic and we didn't even have to clean up after. FCC left our kitchen spotless. Thank you so much! Carrie was our main contact and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us pick our specialty drinks and two even ran out because they were so yummy. My husband and I decided to do two food stations and food passed around all evening rather than a sit down dinner. Our friends and family RAVED about the food and even 3 days later people are still texting us about the food and how good it was. Picking the food and drinks was easy with Carrie's help and she was willing to help me if I had questions or concerns. This is a highly recommended caterer that if you are in need, stop looking cause this is the caterer you want!

We absolutely loved working with FCC for our wedding (at the Edgewood Club)!! Everyone we worked with was kind, patient, helpful, and responsive. We especially enjoyed working with Carrie - she was great to communicate with and worked so hard to help give us the wedding of our dreams. FCC worked flexibly with us to plan the menu that worked best for us and stayed within our budget. We loved our tasting but the food on our wedding day still exceeded our expectations! We got so many compliments and the meat was cooked perfectly, which I know is tough to do when you're cooking for so many people. We also did late-night food, which everyone REALLY enjoyed (I highly recommend!). The staff was also excellent - they brought me food as I was getting ready, delivered the food quickly so we could get to dancing, and were just generally fun to be around! Thank you, Carrie, Kyle, and the rest of the FCC team for all you did for us. We could not recommend working with this group enough!

They catered our wedding this past Saturday. This is a two part review; so first, they showed up the day before and went above and beyond our expectations with helping to set up, as well as the day of the wedding, they were at our service, literally. My reservation, however, is about dishonesty. I can't handle dishonesty and when it's blatant, it's even worse. We paid almost $11,000 for food for 75 people. At final count, approximately 60 people showed. We got leftovers and when we went through them, there was no beef brisket or appetizers or seafood medley. There was no way it all went. I emailed the director and she claimed they took the leftovers due to no room in the refrigerator and was sorry nobody let me know. There was plenty of room in the refrigerator and it's funny that the two most expensive dishes are the leftovers they took due to no room in the fridge. I have to say that after all the great work they did, this totally soured my attitude. The director offered to bring the leftovers to us that were taken and of course we agreed because we paid for them, but that's a lot of money to have to have trust issues for your leftovers. So my overall parting thoughts are: great food, great service, expensive, and keep an eye on your leftovers.
