Ordered Fresh Prep for a co-worker recovering from a recent injury from out of state. I was not familiar with the area, or the company at the time. I knew I wanted fresh food, not fast food or typical restaurant delivery, that would last for a few days to make it easier for my friend. Fresh Prep not only delivered great quality food, they were prompt and sent a notification prior to the delivery. My friend loved the food! If you're in the area, give them a try!
