My wife and I made reservations for Friday evening @7:45. Upon arrival we were seated within minutes. The hostess was very polite and gave us some history on the building as we walked to our table.Neil, the waiter we had was phenomenal. He was super attentive to us even though he was super busy with multiple large tables. The food was amazing and service was top notch. Neil walked us out and gave us a very detailed history on the building. It was fascinating!!!! My wife and I will continue to come here as it’s one of our favorites in Pittsburgh!!!!! In case I didn’t mention it …… Neil was AWESOME

The food was outstanding. I ordered the lambchops, and it was suggested I order them medium or medium rare. I ordered medium, and it was perfect. The place itself is absolutely mesmerizing, so much detail and beauty.

Had dinner tonight at the grand concourse and everything was adequate and it’s certainly a nice building. Unfortunately, when we tried to close out they lost my credit card and we had to wait about 30 minutes to find it. While we were waiting we saw a mouse scurry across the floor of the dining room which knocked everything down several stars.

We visited for brunch on Easter. The food was excellent. The fresh doughnuts from their doughnut machine were definitely a highlight. The buffet offered an incredible variety of food and everything was delicious. The old train station is very upscale and cool. The experience was well worth it for the price. I will definitely return. The only downside was dealing with the crowd. As expected it was very busy for the holiday, which made the buffet lines VERY long. Be prepared to take your time. Their cocktails were also expertly made, and although pricy, very good.

DISCRIMINATION!!! It’s 2024, and for one of your Employees to still display obvious discrimination, is sad. We were there on April 18,2024….We walked out after being blatantly ignored for 20 minutes. We were there to continue a Champagne toast in honor of my Mother, who passed away in Pittsburgh six months ago. Everyone else was served at the Saloon/Bar, except me and my colleague, who were the ONLY two people there of COLOR! The bartender was the Older gentleman. How unfortunate!!! I will be contacting a Manager, and explain everything that happened while we were there.

I don't know how you can rate the Grand Concourse any way other than a 5-star experience. The wine selection was excellent, and their seafood offerings were very good, especially the crab encrusted mahi-mahi. To boot, our server was personable and attentive. Also, the tables along the windows overlooking the Mon are the very best. A great place all around.Parking: Station Square parking garage.

No, no and no. Having had an office at One Station Square for several years perhaps I had grown accustomed to superior service and equally superior dining. Our experience on 4/10/24 was dreadful. Our service was lacking, if not terrible. Jesse/Jessie/Jessy (Manager? Laughable if so) was super confrontational and argumentative when he approached us regarding a barely (barely) cooked steak. His demeanor alone ruined our meal. The mice running around? Unbelievably disgusting. The silverware was disgusting. The glasses were disgusting. The ‘coconut shrimp’ was cold, dried and flavorless (The picture that a recent reviewer posted must have been a fluke). The ahi tuna poke was not fresh, at all. Be kind to yourself: There are COUNTLESS options far superior. Please trust me on this one - you will be disappointed throughout your experience. If you choose not to trust me, beware…: Jesse/Jessie/Jessy may try to pick a fight with you. Go elsewhere. You can have a drink at the bar and save yourself the agony. Bad news. Shame on me…only a 25th wedding anniversary meal…Did I mention the mice? Trust me people: Go Elsewhere. Cheers.

We went as a group of 5 at 8pm on a Saturday evening. The place was about 1/3rd full and our server was split between us and a large table near us, we were seated 45 minutes before we got our first drink. We understood they were busy but our desire to eat here was waning. Once we ordered our food, it was 2 hours until we got our food. We really spent three hours for a round of drinks, a dish, and a dessert. Also, since they have a Sunday brunch they set up the place for it on Saturday evening, makes the room super lame as it's less photogenic and has many workers walking around setting up tables and chairs. While the room was beautiful and the food tasty, the lack of attention and high prices did not leave a good taste in my mouth. I would only return for the brunch as the price to food point is more in line. Parking was your own or valet for $12. They close at 10pm, so we had our keys returned to us as we were there for far longer than they planned.Dietary restrictions: Chefs are very kind and were accommodating.Parking: Valet is $12.Kid-friendliness: Older folks don't enjoy loud children.Wheelchair accessibility: It has wide doors and pathways.

Why isn't this a 5 star restaurant on Google? People aren't happy about waiting past their reservations... hiring employees is tough right now in 2024The food and the service was outstanding when we visited the Sunday Brunch... was it crowded, yes, but we arrived 15 minutes BEFORE our reservation, checked in and was seated right on time!Enjoy this beautiful, historic restaurant in Pittsburgh!!

We have been here several times over many years. This time I went I just felt something was missing. Service was not quite up to par. Our server was not very knowledgeable, and got a little edgy when we had questions about the items on the menu. We were early to dinner and we tried to use the price fixe menu we were right at the bewitching hour. The server went back to the kitchen and checked if we could get the price fixe options, came back, told us we could. The food was good, but when we got the check we saw that we were able to order off that price fix but not get the price shown on the price fix. The prices were all itemized from the normal menu. I felt a bit baited and switched.

We had brunch on Sunday April 7, 2024. All of our kids were visiting and together for the first time in over a year. We made reservations and did not have to wait more than 15 minutes to sit (which is better than normal). Our server was Jason. He was quick to get to our table with water. He reviewed all of the main stations with us and took our drink orders, making recommendations for. Aries items. The brunch buffet is excellent! The food is good quality and made to order at some stations (such as omelette). We used valet parking, which is reasonable and friendly. If you have not experienced the Sunday brunch, the location is a significant part of the experience. The original train station was completed in 1900 and has been restored / preserved beautifully.A final shout out again to Jason. He provided excellent, attentive service for our family occasion.
