Ordered a monthly subscription as a Christmas gift for my husband (December 2020). Received the first 12oz bag of french press. We loved it! We were looking forward to our next bag in January....however, no sign of it. I paid for the full year subscription. That means I paid $142.00 for a 12oz bag of coffee. I've been emailing the general contact, just like other reviewers and haven't been getting a response. Of course, they continue to bombard my email and social media with all of their marketing........ That feels really great, your message of "try our coffee with this creamer" and "check out the flavor this month". I'D LOVE TO...WHEN WILL YOU SEND ME MY COFFEE??!!!! Found a phone number on their facebook page, left a message. Tried an email for an "Adam" and received a response, that appeared genuine, but thats been over a week now and no update from him either. Wish zero star rating was possible.....Update: Press House did finally refund my credit card.

My Wife and I here in Wisconsin Absolutely love this Coffee, We use a French Press to brew it, This is absolutely the best wayto properly brew it for the best tasting Coffee, We can't wait for the blueberry muffin Coffee to return, was by far the best Coffee ever, We drink PRESS HOUSE coffee daily, I don't know why someone would RATE it less than 5 star because I haven't had bad Coffee Yet from here? It always arrives in a timely fashion.

I ordered coffee last month and have yet to receive it. I have contacted them multiple times through their email and yet to receive any feedback. This was disappointing, I was hoping this would of been a better experience. If their coffee was good, I had a bunch of family and friend who would of brought their products too. On to another coffee maker.

I am horrified, but also comforted, by the number of people already posting who have also been ripped off by Press House. I paid for a months subscription in advance (2 12 Oz bags), and only received one. When I reached out to their general contact email, I got an apology, and promise to send out my missing bag of coffee immediately. As with everyone else, the bag didn’t arrive, and when I followed up twice more requesting a refund, I received no response at all. Given this pattern of taking customers’ money, and not delivering a product, this behavior seems downright criminal. Most offensively, they are building a fancy new cafe two blocks from my home - presumably with all the money they’ve saved by stealing from the people who tried to support a local business.Update (5/21): Press House has finally refunded my subscription, which I appreciate, if three months late.

I ordered 2 of the same sampler packs, 4 coffees in each one. I only received one and one of the samples was a tea. I emailed the company 2 different times with no response. The coffee is good but customer service is nonexistent. They have ultimately taken my money. I am highly disappointed. This is not how you run a business. Customer service should be your priority.

I've had the Press House monthly subscription for a while. It is 2 bags every 2 weeks billed once a month. I started noticing that my 14 days between shipments became 16, then 18, then 20 days In-between. I contacted them using their contact form on their website. I never received a response, but the shipments became regular again.Once again, Press House started lagging on their coffee shipments. I contacted them. No response. This month, I received only one shipment. I contacted them, no response.2 stars. Decent coffee, non-existent customer service. Subscription canceled.

I ordered 4 bags of coffee from this company and only received 3. I reached out by email and they said they would send it and did not nor did they refund me the money. Poorly run business-try the Allegheny Coffee and Tea Exchange- more choices, amazing coffee and much better customer service!!

I've ordered from this company several times and they have the BEST coffee. The first thing I do when I get an order in the mail is open it and smell it. So fresh, smells awesome!
