The scallion sauce is unreal! I’ve been trying to recreate the cucumbers with scallion sauce here at my home in Nashville and I just can’t! Whatever they are doing, it’s addictive! I’ll be back when I come home to visit! Chicken Bo Bo is one of my faves as well. ?
Absolutely amazing food. Everything I've ordered has been off the authentic Sichuan menu and it's been great. My favorite so far has been the Sliced Chicken with Mala Chili Sauce. I haven't had Chinese food this good since an authentic restaurant in my home town closed when the owners retired. I don't know what's with the negative reviews about service, but everyone has always been kind and attentive whether I ate there or ordered take out. It's inexpensive as well. I love the cold noodles! If you like sweetness and spice (very spicy), you will love these. They come in a small container, I'm a girl so it's a whole meal for me but if you have a taste for sweet and spice and tangy flavors, this is the meal for you. I've been going there since I was 10 and the people are so kind, and the food is soo good!
