This is a cute, spacious cafe. Reasonable prices, the breakfast sandwich I got was only $5. I wish it had been bigger but I should expected it to be on the smaller side with the price. The staff was friendly & service was quick. I didn't get a drink this time, but they seemed to have a ton of options between coffee, tea, & smoothies!
After spending the morning walking around The Frick Museum, my wife and I decided to venture down to Everyday Cafe. It was a somewhat cool and drizzly day, so a sandwich and soup sounded like the right idea. The cafe seems to be part of a larger enclave of businesses dedicated to social and cultural education and public outreach, though there was also a religious element to the messaging on the walls. Really enjoyed this little coffee shop in the Homewood neighborhood. My husband & I went in for breakfast. You quickly see & feel its "coffee with a cause" mission - the family-owned business created by the Bible Center Church has a big display board in the back that tells its story.
