This is my 3rd time ordering from these guys and last 2 times haven’t been the best. I ordered a steak village roll and I got the roll cold and uncooked. The dough was still raw. This happened before with another order and I called them complaining and the guy I spoke to sent me another one with no charge and it was cooked a little better than the first one but there were still raw dough. I’m not sure what kind of oven they’re using but it definitely doesn’t cook right or they need to thin their dough out so it cooks all the way!!! I am pregnant and I can’t eat anything raw and I had to pick through my food to make sure I don’t eat raw dough! This was not a good experience

This is a terrible pizza owner to deal with. I ordered and did not receive my drink last night. I called a little later and was told too late, I can't get it now. He would not deliver my drink because I remembered it too late after I got my order. This is terrible business. I will never order from here again. The pizza was terrible also. I could get money off my next order but who wants to eat that crap.

Two slices of ham and two slices of salami do not constitute an Italian hoagie. We ordered fries that were just dumped with seasoning and so salty that we couldn't eat them. I also ordered extra cheese pizza and there was hardly any cheese. The hot pepper cheese balls were the only thing good in this order. I should have just thrown $40.00 in the toilet because we didn't eat the food. Pleasant Hills IVP - Shame on you.

The location in Waterworks mall (936 Freeport Rd.) really needs shut down! NEVER AGAIN!!! On Good Friday, after going to a movie, my friends treated us all to a pizza. Normal child excitement, right?!? Not only did it take almost an hour to get the Large (18) Extra Cheese with half bacon delivered Dine-In to our table, but drinks ( simple sodas) took 17 minutes! Seriously, why waste your money??? While the newly hired waitress was affable and actually seemed to try her best as she was also being hounded by the other workers as well as customers. Within an hour after eating the pizza, every person that had only a single slice became nauseous and exhibited the classic signs of food poisoning! On top of that, the sodas all tasted "off" . I mean I know from having restaurants in my family, certain procedures MUST BE FOLLOWED! However at this location, glasses were retaining a bleach or sanitising chemical residue ( not rinsed properly) which altered the taste of the soda immensely! The oldest child said "Mother, there is something wrong with this pizza, I think it has mushrooms". While I did not see any mushrooms , I should have told the minor children to stop eating and go somewhere else. So, I really should NOT have been surprised when my 10yr old child projectile vomited from the rear seat, coating the front windshield on the way home!!!! Now, top that injustice off by my telephone call to the restaurant on Saturday. I get told "Oh?!? I am so sorry for that experience. We will refund the money." By the front end manager. However when I went back to collect on the agreed payment, I get told by the other manager " Well, it couldn't have been our pizza. You all just probably caught some virus." He handed me a gift card to go back to that location, instead of the agreed upon refund of the CASH PAYMENT! Really???!!!??? Poor attitude from the male management staff, unfit sanitation procedures, And a physical health risk to people who may or may not recognise the dangers of this location! Worse is that upon arriving at the said location to retrieve the refund, I witnessed another group of four special needs individuals entering said location. I can only pray that they do not also get violently sick from even attempting to eat the food prepared here!
