Stopped in at 8:30 Fri March 8. The girl behind the counter was upset that customers were coming in. Had to put the slicer back together to make sandwiches. Slamming all the parts around and complaining. They are open till 9. I left and everyone else was also. I stop there alit and service is always great. This girl was terrible

Worst experience.Couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge us as we were the only customers. Instead it was more important to play in their phones and goof off. Once we placed our order the one employee played on his phone and was swearing behind the counter and not helping, distracting the other employee so they don’t help. 3 other employees working and one said twice to help the customer before one helped us with toppings.My sub was wrapped and as he cut it went everywhere and he brushed it together. Wrapped it and sent me on my way.Not usually one to leave a review but respect and customer service was completely out the window. In the hospitality industry this is no way to treat a customer.

Rasheed and Kaydence were amazing!! We were so happy with our service, our food, and the atmosphere! It was my mom’s first time there and they treated her so great! They went above and beyond to make sure her service was excellent and to make sure she would return! The sandwich was amazing!

How does a sub shop completely run out of mayo? Ordered a tuna salad sub online, picked it up and continued to work. Opened it up come lunch time to find a bag of cookies instead of a sub. Called back and got a refund, but how do you send someone out the door with that? Went back later to try and actually get lunch (foolish of me to even try) and was told they couldn't make a tuna sub because they had no mayo. You're a damn sandwich shop. Manager is clearly not on top of things here.

One of THE best Jersey Mike's I've been too! Food is always delicious & service is phenomenal! Once, out of desperation, I stopped in at 8:50 when they close at 9PM. They were still very pleasant & I was given excellent service!
Had a tuna sub and got severe abdominal pain a few hours later and vomited the entire thing up. The tuna sucked and was overpriced, it was probably old tuna or wasn’t kept cold enough. Disgusting. Will never come back here. If you want an excuse to miss work or school, get the tuna. It’ll ruin your whole day.

The Jersey Mike's on McKnight Road was clean and pleasant to stop at, but more importantly, the people who work there are amazing! They were super nice and we will definitely come by again when we are in town.

Food tasted okay.. but for 14 dollars I asked for lettuce tomatoe onion oil and mayo on my sandwich.. of which I got none. Understandable if busy but I was the ONLY customer in the store. Also bathroom is deplorable. Urine, mold, and no tp? Needs improvement!
