Please do not waste your money at this place. Food and service was terrible the night we went (7/5) and it took forever to be served. This is a pathetic excuse for a "higher end" dining experience at PNC. There are so many other better places for food in this ballpark. The only reason I didn't rate it a 1 is because the beer was cold.

We've been going to Pirates games for several years now and just found this spot. We've been missing out! Service: Great! Not a busy game so we didn't get to see them being pushed to the limit. However, they were nice and prompt. Food: We got jerk chicken nachos. Delicious! The serving size was unexpected. Huge! The two of us crushed it but this is a dish that could be shared with a foursome. Atmosphere: Really great spot to watch the game and enjoy food and beverage.

Orders were wrong , food came out cold and dry. Waiter wouldn't even come back to the table to refill drinks. Absolutely the worst restaurant I've been to.

My 3 star rating is based on an average of the food and service. FOOD = 4 stars. We ordered the pretzel sticks, buffalo chicken dip and chicken tenders. All were delicious and we would order again. SERVICE - 1 star. Our server (Lisa N.) acted as if we were a bother. I don't believe she smiled once during our stay. She was the least welcoming server I have encountered in a while. This restaurant has been part of our PNC Park pre-game ritual for years. The locations, atmosphere and food are worth the visit. At our next visit I will check on the server first before being seated.

Unless you get the fried chicken strips, you will be serve room temperature food. Our group had hamburger, chicken cheese steak and pulled pork all served at room temp. Flat fries and chips good. Need more servers. Never got water refilled. Needed more ranch dressing but couldn't find sever. Salad and wings were good. Pierogi also not hot. And we were there early before the place was busy
