I work downtown and come in often. Toni is there a lot and she is always amazing and brightens my day. I don't usually ever get anything different and it's great that she already knows my order before I can pause my headphones. Love coming here! And will continue to stop in!!!

The young people that work there is rude and there attitude when waiting on you and when I told them I didn't want the food they kept my money off my card ? and I'm going back there to let them know I want a refund or put the money back on my card who ever is the owner needs to get new workers that's going to treat people with

Honestly beyond tired of this location. Threatened by one employee, other employees don’t know how to take an order properly, apparently “Jimmy it up” to them is a foreign phrase and means to add pickle and cucumber??? If you ask for sauce they use wayyyyy tooooo muuuuuuuuch! 5 zags at most! As a JJs veteran this place makes me cringe. Ghetto, unprofessional, unprepared! Let’s not kid, this is the worst JJs I’ve ever been to.

Unbelievably rude staff. Refused to remake my sandwich after getting my order wrong which is bad enough but I couldn't believe how confrontational the staff was.This was my first experience with Jimmy John's and I can safely say I won't be coming back.

Just visiting from California, and this happens to be my first time ever having Jimmy John's. This location was clean, it has amazing clerks that were extremely kind and helpful along with the delicious sandwiches being served. We received our bread hot out the oven and it had that little crisp on the bottom where the bread meets the pan... YUMMMMM

Terrible attention to detail. Asked for light avocado spread and asked to add bacon to my sandwich. The sandwich was SMOTHERED with avocado spread and there was no bacon in spite of charging me for it.
