I ordered food from about 1 mile away. The delivery driver was 45 minutes late and I had to wait over an hour for the food to be delivered. The delivery was also missing parts of our order.

Love this place better then there competition fresh hoagies at a great price and the ice tea is amazing the service also was amazing the people who waited on me were kind and friendly.... The guy let me take some extra fresh ice tea which I honestly love me some fresh ice tea.

I love Jimmy Johns but this store is the worst! It is soo slow. I work down the street and wait over an hour regularly. Today, I ordered and was waiting an hour and a half! When i called they spoke to the delivery driver and told me it was outside, which i looked back at our cameras and saw it was only 5 minutes prior to me calling. The tracking still showed out for delivery and they never called or texted me. Thanks for leaving my soggy unwish out in the rain guys!

Great spot for a quick munch! I ate here the other day for lunch. I got the Veggie sub with lettuce added for additional crunch. The restaurant was every clean inside, employees were nice and It surprised me despite my hunch. You thought I was feeling you, this a munch!

I dislike writing negative reviews, but this place made an impression. We went in at lunch time and it was completely dead. No business. We buy a sub and asked for a cup for water. "Sorry. Out of cups. You can buy water though." Huh? if you're out of cups, why not let us have a soda cup and we'll put water in it. I asked if there manager was there and she said, "I am the manager." No impressed.
