I love that Jimmy John’s is clutch. I’ve overlooked the past couple of times when my sandwich wasn’t made right. But here I am, ordering 45 min before they close- living 5 min away. They aren’t answering my call and I can’t get confirmation of them receiving my order. I’ve been calling consistently and they are open for 45 more minutes. No one is answering my call.

Rewards member, love me my Jimmy John's with the experience today. I got the smallest sandwich ever. About half the size of a regular. Barely enough tuna fish to cover the bread. Worst Jimmy John's experience ever. Will it prevent me from going to Jimmy John's again? No ! Will I return to this Jimmy John's, once was enough, never again! One person, no patrons , not rude but not friendly at all!

Be aware be aware the cashier gave herself a 50 dollar tip I've called 3 times last person I spoke with said I was tricked and she would get my money back. Well it's been 9 days since I've spoken to anyone so corporate I guess is how I have to go about this .

I love Jimmy John's! My husband and I used to drive across the border from Toronto, ON to the closest Jimmy John's in Buffalo, NY but both the locations shut down. We went to a couple Jimmy John's on our way to Pittsburgh for the Jays vs Pirates series. We stopped at this Jimmy John's on our way home and it was great! The subs were fresh as per usual, the service was quick and friendly, and the store was clean.

The bun wasn't the best. It had odd hard spots and a bit of a staleness to it.The rest of the sub was spot on, and the service was pretty good. The restaurant felt like a typical sub shop, but on the smaller side.

Placed an order for 2 subs at 11:30am called back at 12:15 asking what was up because hadn’t been delivered yet. Online order had said out for delivery for 20+ mins. Apparently guy couldn’t find our exact address even thought was accurate address with coworker watching out for him. But that’s whatever they said they’d be right back out to deliver which was nice expect my subs didn’t show up til 1:00pm. And when I called to get my refund literal mins before the subs were delivered they lady who answered the phone said it was because I didn’t have the business name on our order just the address. This doesn’t explain the 40 + min delivery time after the second call in. I never leave reviews especially bad ones but this I had to share.

I get the number 3 tuna original with jalapeño kettle chips to put in my sub. Try it. Gives the tuna a huge kick!Never order tomatoes bc I have health problems that I'm not allowed to have them but all the other free veggies are a must. They didn't put the Jimmy John's peppers on it and gave me tomatoes.......Tables needed cleaned. Hard to find a clean one.I don't like this location but it's closets to me so is it now a beggars can't be choosers first world problem? I enjoy sitting in there to eat for a change of views but eehhhh.. clean your tables! I know people are slobs and don't clean up lettuce and liquids... one table is fine but the majority of them?!

False advertising with respect to prices. A simple ham & cheese sandwich listed as $6.19. Server asked if tomato, lettuce and mayo ok. I said no mayo. Was charged $7.99 for sandwich plus tax. When I inquired, the answer I got was that the $6.19 price is just for bread, the meat and cheese. So that's $1.80 extra for 3 very small tomato slices and some shredded lettuce. First, one would assume those are not extras in any case but especially since they make a point of asking you if you want them. Second, the receipt says 7.99 for the sandwich. No itemization for the toppings. Conclusion: deliberately misleading the customer regarding prices. I know there is inflation but that affects customers too. I am not a regular and I cannot imagine why anyone would be.

Ordered thru the app at 815pm, showed up for my freaky fast birthday reward, and was told they just dont have french bread. They can void my transaction but they just dont have french bread…. Why be open until 9pm if you dont sell subs?

Me and my family went here the other day the guy working there was by himself. He was awesome. I didn’t catch his name. He had blonde hair and glasses. we didn’t know what to get so he helped us figure out our sandwiches which was really nice of him. My kids liked the signs I like the fact that he made our sandwiches really fast and when we was walking in I saw him clean in the tables which I appreciate because I knew the store was clean.
