It was a good time. Music selection was good but some songs we wanted weren’t on the system. The lack of cleanliness and the half broken couches were a let down especially given the pricing

It’s overpriced and doesn’t have half the songs you want with weird videos to most of the songs… get mics and sing at home with you own alcohol it’ll save you

Super fun place to hang out with friends on the weekend. The audio quality is hit or miss, but in general it was a good place to do karaoke

Friends and I went tonight and we absolutely had a great time. Awesome and extensive song selection (was a tad bit disappointed they didn’t have some of the ones we were looking for but not the biggest deal. We were still able to sing a ton of songs) and loved the fact that they had instruments to use aside from just singing. My only real complaint was with the cleanliness and condition of the facility itself. The room we were in had water damage on the ceiling tiles and the restrooms looked like they were in desperate need of renovation (broken table next to the sink, debris on the floor, also the water from the sink was ice cold even with the hot water knob turned all the way on). Honestly with some deep cleaning and a good facelift, this place could be a really great spot

The song selection software is terrible and not intuitive. The touch screen barely worked. The songs selection was poor and lyrics off time. The bathrooms were disgusting with the men's door broken. The mics were poor quality and had connection noise. My brother left to get some beer telling the worker this and he waited until my brother came back to tell him there would be a 20% surcharge for having alcohol. Here is what you are going to do. Take the $100-200 you will spend in a room for an evening and buy karaoke software and mic to hook to your lap top or TV. My experience with them was significantly better than this place.

I was told at the door that this place was private and not open to the public. Very rude. Don't waste your time.

It was a nice place, me & my friends went for the kpop but the songs were very outdated. It would be nice if there were some newer songs from 2019-2022. The room was also very hot but other than that it was very fun.

Worker was not approachable and very ignorant. We booked a room for 4 people in a mini room on their website and he told us that they didn’t do mini rooms right now “due to COVID” but he had NO mask and didn’t even have mic covers. He told me (not asked) he would put me in there regular room, without having the courtesy to let me know it would be $20.00 more. The room smelt terrible, couches were busted, and the sound system didn’t work for most of the time. We spent most of the time trying to figure out how to work the system than we did singing because he didn’t explain it as well as he should. The system in all was just really slow and even stopped working for a moment. Also they don’t time you at all. I indicated on my booking request that I wanted to book for 1.5 hours. But he told me that you sing for however long and THEN the pay is calculated. That’s a very easy way to cheat people because people lose track of how long they are in there for. I also requested songs when booking and he told me that they weren’t able to buy them. They didn’t tell me about any of this when booking and could have atleast gave me a call to notify me of the changes. It was really expensive and overall NOT worth the price that they charged for FOUR people. The songs were also outdated and the pricing is very confusing.

Overall just not a good experience. A lot of the lyrics in the songs were either wrong or we’re too early or late in the song. Very dirty and unsanitary. The rooms had busted couches, dirty floors, smelled terrible, etc. The music is outdated and it was very confusing as to how to pick which songs you wanted. The guy that was there just seemed annoyed and like he didn’t want to speak to my friends and I. Most of the time we were trying to figure out to choose songs then singing because there are no directions and he didn’t explain how to use the system. The speakers were trash and made static noise at random times and at one point the system stopped working. The pricing is terrible and confusing and the experience just all around sucked. Do NOT waste your money here.

Terrible experience. Several of my friends were international, and they didn’t bring their passports, just standard photo ID. They were refused entry to the building, which is fine because that’s the law (according to the person working there) what was worse was that the customer service was horrible. The person was rude, aggressive, and just down right unhelpful. Don’t ever go here. I’m sure there are plenty of other karaoke places with less discriminatory policies and better people.

Terrible , doesn’t rlly have songs . But he for sure had K-pop. It wasn’t giving at all and overall is a scam. The water is room temperature. It smells like feet in there. I jus 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this place .

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I cannot believe the owner of this place. This man was rude to us as soon as we entered the place, even though we had just asked for the prices of a 4 person room. We were rudely corrected about the price and he told us there was no mini room available ALTHOUGH we had CALLED AHEAD and double checked before reserving. We said that was okay because we wanted to make the best of the night. We were led upstairs to a SMALL room that looked like the mini. I would know because I have visited this same place with a group of 7, and this room was less than half of that size. We didn’t think much about it, till halfway where we started to question it. We finished our session and went down to pay. My friend respectfully asked him if the room we were placed in was the mini or not, and he rudely interrupted her by telling her the prices were told at the beginning. He didn’t even stop to listen to my friend and just kept rudely attacking her. I wonder how he feels scamming college students who are looking for a fun time. I don’t recommend anyone visiting.

Awful and rude owner. I’ve been here before and I have been in a regular room, but he gave us the mini room and tried to sell it off as a regular. When I explained politely that I knew it was not a mini room, he snapped back rudely and interrupted me mid sentence. Also, it was a mini room for $52 per hour!!! Songs were out dated and lyrics were incorrect on many songs.

Rent your own private room at this BYOB facility. A lot of the songs are covers and the lyrics don’t always match up. Also, the mic/ speakers are hit or miss. I enjoyed the experience overall. Plan to come back.
