Extremely rude. Hostess wouldn't seat us until the third member of our party arrived. They were out in the parking lot. Then the food that came was average at best. We will never go there again. Let's see how long this place lasts on its reputation. Because the service and quality they used to have is definitely gone.

I called to ask about my charges, but added that my order was wrong because she interrupted me when I was placing the order. Since she was rude I called back to speak with the manager. I was already speaking with the manager, Mele, and she told me not to come back.And the food was cold.

We frequently have breakfast at Kelly O's in Pines Plaza. Great way to start the day. Friendly, upbeat staff, delicious food that's well prepared, wonderful community atmosphere. Tell them "Bubby" sent you!

Welcoming staff delicious breakfast, coffee could be a little bit better for being a coffee drinker it's more watery.. that would be my only suggestive fix! Recommend trying them. We enjoy going here.
