If I could leave no stars I would. After an awful experience at Arby's stopped to get food. Online says 11. Drive thru says 11. 10:30 and closed as soon as we approach drive thru we got the pre recorded message. Management apparently at neither place knows what they are doing.Extra pissed I'm service industry and to see this is freaking ridiculous.

Please shut this place down!!!! Ordered online, mashed tasted like paste, coleslaw water logged, got 3 drums when the order that is on the menu is 2 thighs and 1 drum, exactly what I ORDERED, how did I get 3 funKy dry ash drumsticks, the biscuit hard as a brick??? Twice in 1 day, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WE PAY FOR EVERYTHING WITH DELIVERY, WE DESERVE GOOD FOOD, IRS NOT OK!!!! I'd like to take over as Chef/General Manager at this establishment, we deserve what we pay for!!! If you won't eat it, why do you sell it???

The people that work here are so dumb they can't even tell the difference between their food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received four pieces of popcorn chicken. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I ordered off of DoorDash an hour before they closed and the dasher stood at the counter for half an hour because they didn’t care and wouldn’t make or give him the food. Absolutely ridiculous.

ordered walk-in pick-up was 10 mins late. Told cashier picking up 2 chx. sand. LG. potatoes. She looks in ONLY bag there, sees it's EXACTLY that, then says I have to confirm it's mine? She thought, I guessed correctly? smh! Only bag, I knew exactly what was in it? So, then trouble with app 15 mins. getting # . Thanks to her help, food wasn't hot. Then, Sauce on less than half of sand. Won't be back your loss! Unless service and app.

I usually go after work. I'm tired and don't want to cook so KFC is where I go when I want some chicken. I especially love their spicy wings... when they're available.Parking: There's plenty of parking. There's a good size parking lot.
I’m from out of town and this was probably the best food and best experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. Customer service was excellent, food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I think the receipt said the cashiers name was Darnella? Either way keep up the good work guys!

Wow. Arrived at the drive in at 10:10, directly behind another car who placed an order. Pulled up to the speaker and there’s a recording saying they’re closed (here it says they’re open til 11). So I pull up to the window to ask, and the window staff are chatting with the car ahead of me…looking back…waiting for me to leave. Finally the car leaves and I pull up. They ignore me at the window for a few more minutes and finally come over and I ask if they’re open. They say they’re not, that they close at 10:30. Since it’s not 10:30 yet they rudely ask what I want, but since I hadn’t had a chance to look at the menu I don’t know. When I say I’ll just go somewhere else they slam the window shut. Just so incredibly rude the entire time and trying to leave early. Although based on other’s reports of food poisoning, probably a good thing I went elsewhere.

Drive thru customer was absolutely despicable! Heavy set African Am. Female wearing twists and wearing glasses was an absolute disgrace. We busted the drive thru around 1:37p on Dec 1st and were automatically greeted via speaker with an attitude when I asked if the gravy was a pork product. Upon retrieving our food from window, we asked for condiments and snarled about what was already in the bag. She proceeded to roll her eyes and slammed the items down. I stated how her rudeness was unacceptable and she shouted “Well don’t come back then!” Her customer service is undeserving of a job. To make matter worse, I reported the incident to the manager and there was no apology on the company’s behalf. This location is shameless and immoderately run.
