I went to pick up doordash and waited in line for 45 mins only to find out that the employees hadn't even started the order! After waiting an additional 10-15 mins they finally brought it out and after it was delivered we were told that there were items missing! Absolutely ridiculous..

We had the "chicken" pot pies to go for dinner. Our only problem was, were is the chicken. Lots of potatoes and carrots, some peas and no chicken. Not even sure if there was a chicken flavor. We also got the 12 piece nuggets for a later snack. Very pleased with that. No more pot pies for us. The nuggets are why we gave a 3

This KFC has the worst customer service in the area! This is the second time I've personally experienced poor service and their won't be a third. I tried to order a 16 pc bucket last night at 8:25 in the evening and was told they didn't have enough chicken to accommodate my order. When I said I'd wait for it, I was told by whoever was running the drive thru, that they were not cooking any more chicken because the cook was done for the night. FYI the store closes at 10:30! If you have the gas keep driving, you'll thank yourself...the attitudes and aggravation is so not worth the price of the chicken!

Refusing to take a customer order because there is a long drive through line is not an excuse it’s bad customer service and poor management. If you can’t handle in person orders lock the door and put up a sign. Simple!

I brought a 12 piece bucket of mixed chicken the other night. However, after eating 2 pieces of chicken, ending throwing up severely. I wished that I'd looked at the reviews first before buying their chicken. This chicken is very old, old, old chicken. I'll never eat there ever ever again. Terrible place.
