SO GOOD! GO TO LOVE RAMEN! You won't regret it. Nothing like a build your own ramen spot.

I recommend this Guilin dried rice noodle. It is a very authentic restaurant that I have eaten since I went abroad!

Very good food, as a college student on a budget the "weigh your meal for the price" system works well. Definitely plan on coming back in the future. Only downside is there is not a sign out front so you just have to watch to make sure you don't miss it!

This is my go-to place after a day of work/school! You could choose from their menu or make your own bowl of noodles which you would pay by weight. If you make your own bowl you'll have a choice of soup/broth or you could choose to have no soup. I usually go for the "spicy mala soup" with a medium level of spiciness (the milky pork broth is also a great option if spiciness is a no-go).The make-your-own bowl is maybe a little pricey but it's for a reason!

I go to Pitt and I love this ramen place! It's serve yourself so you can make it as affordable as you want and can pick the amount of each ingredient. Very authentic!

A little bit pricey but every good restaurant now a days is! Its totally worth it, you pay for the authentic ramen of your choice, I like to change it up with different topping and noodles everytime! Huge variety of options, ive been here probably 5 times now with several different friends and every single one of them loved it! We have all agreed this is our favorite place to get ramen or if we just want a delicious filling meal. Also i believe i get a lot of food for the price! The bowl is quite big and ive never been able to finish it to this day lol. 12/10 would recommend. Will be going there again and again.

Service is poor and is self service like a buffet and paid by the ounce. You have to pick your own ingredients. I have never seen a ramen place do this and I am left with sadness. Never will I come back.

Staff would not provide any directions and I just stood there for 10 minutes. Left without eating.
God damn, I wish I had found this place earlier in my undergrad. Basically you build your own ramen with a pretty wide range of options, inexpensive and solid quality.THE GOOD:- many options- cheap- fast- quite tasty (miso and tonkotsu are both great)- free teaTHE MEH:- many of the sides/ appetizers aren't great, edamame is the exception but it's just edamame- some toppings are a bit sparse for the price- noodles are 50/50 whether or not they are overdone but never too bad

Loved this place. Food is excellent and owners are great. Definitely a place to go if you have a chance

The food was good, love the costumization of ramen bow.A little expensive and might not be enough for me. (I can literally eat 2 bows which would cost about $25)If you are not super hungry it costs about $13 which is OK.

Very customizable, affordable ramen. The workers were all very friendly. It's a cute spot to hang out with friends. Convenient location for students. I enjoyed it a lot more than ramen bar.

Cheap and delicious. Very rich soup, better than Ramen Bar in that aspect if you ask me. Easy system, check some boxes on a paper and give it to the cashier. It has a very home like feel. Not fancy, which i like!
