We make a point to visit Maggie’s every time we make the trip from Canada to Pittsburgh.We always tell folks if they are ever in the area to check out Maggie’s. That will no longer be the case.No matter how great the Rum may be - you do not treat your team the way this establishment has.‘Laying off’ long time LOYAL and AMAZING staff?? Staff that built the relationships that kept your regulars, regular. SMH.Time to find a new bar.

Unfortunately, though, the owners have taken a special, lovely small business and are turning it into big business that no longer values long time loyal staff and customers. Those of you who have enjoyed the fun, friendly environment at the strip district location (mostly due to the staff there) should know that they have lost or ‘laid off’ those amazing people who stuck by Maggie’s for 7-10 years. Sadly, we’ve lost our favorite bar, but I can’t support a company that treats its team that way.

One star because they have forgotten what has made them successful. A bar I have been loyal to for seven years. The rum is good but the people behind the bar are great. They were kind, funny, caring and great at making drinks. This is why people became regulars at the Strip District. What made this bar successful. We celebrated major life milestones at this bar. We brought friends and family to this bar. We made new friends at this bar. When the people who made it great are gone then it's just any another bar. An organization that started because it wanted to be different than corporate America has been lured in by fanciness and the enchantment of needing to be bigger and "better". Too bad their desire to become fancy has come at the expense of what matters. Loyalty.

If you didn't know what you were looking for, you'd walk right by this spot on the street! The nondescript outside hides an intimate tropical cocktail bar inside! The vibes are great, and the drinks are delicious. Every single cocktail that we tried made me feel like I should be on a beach somewhere (instead of in Pittsburgh in February). While there isn't table service, the bartenders are pretty quick at making the cocktails. I can't believe it took me so long to discover this hidden gem - I'll definitely be back! Maggie’s Farm is my favorite bar in Pittsburgh! All of the bartenders are awesome, especially Craig. Drinks are consistently tasty and they are always adding new cocktails to the menu.

GREAT service. Craig is a doll. Drinks are clever and offer opportunity for you to expand and go outside your comfort zone. Room is dim lit but provides great ambiance for chatting or a quick happy hour drink.

I went there today for a drink with my partner. As always, I was very impressed with the service and general vibe of the place. The drinks were amazing: I had a zombie and a mon valley iced tea. It's a nice place to go and have conversation over a drink. Definitely would recommend this place as a place to start your night or unwind after a long day.
