Had my ID checked then received a backhanded compliment from the a bartender not doing their job talking to the bouncer by the door. Big talk for a place who only pours $3 drafts for college kids. Went in with low expectations, came out with lower.

We ended up at Mario's around 7pm on Wednesday night and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. There were plenty of seats to choose from, and while there were other people there it didn't feel busy or chaotic like it may be on the weekends. Our server was friendly and attentive, and food took about 20 minutes. Both the cheeseburger and steak sandwich were delicious. Regular fries were also great, but the sweet potato fries were covered in sugar which we weren't expecting. I would definitely consider the sweet potato fries to be a dessert, and wouldn't order them again. Overall, it was a nice, relaxed dinner and I would return again on a Wednesday.

We had 6 of us visiting, and bartender Ashley took great care of us. She was not only the bartender, but also waited on all the tables. She is amazing! The food and beer was excellent as well, I'll be back for sure!
Overcharged my card, told me they'd refund me after I emailed, still haven't gotten my money back

I came here for the first time with some friends, it was surprisingly really hot in there. They had all the heat lamps on that are above the tables.

Folks seeking the corner bar with plenty of sports and a long deep bar need look no further. This is your quintessential neighborhood spot, twisted to normcore clientele, group snackers, urban paramours, and good fellows. The staff seem to be traditional young women and gentle middle aged managers, giving the ambience and table-service extra spice. The menu is full of salty game grub and a valid selection of go-to beers. It’s a big, multi-level space with more than enough room for your needs: we hid away at a high-top table opening baseball cards and eating nachos, killing time on a late Sunday afternoon, in the fading light and traffic after a Steeler’s game.Kid-friendliness: Kids can’t sit at the bar, but they’re welcome at the tables.
I took this picture kinda drunk at Mario’s to send to my friends and realized it was too good to not share with the world. The bartenders at Mario’s and everyone who works there are good people who will make you feel at home on your first visit. Great drinks, better beer selection, and a shot wheel if you are feeling frisky. Also the food is sneaky good. Don’t sleep on the pizza or pickle chips and above all the ranch.
Decent food is slightly overpriced. Great staff. Bar needs some repairs.

I went here for the first time for a bite to eat and a few drinks. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they were burnt! I mean visibly black and burnt! I couldn't believe my eyes when they were brought to the table. I spoke up about the problem and was asked if I wanted to have them replaced. I decided not to eat anything else from here and we left.
