I ate at this Olive Garden for the first time ever a few weeks ago. The standout things: service, parmesan cheese quantity, and speed. Our server was great, everyone was friendly, and stuff came out quickly.Now, as for the food, I have to say I was a little disappointed. The prices were outrageous when you think about what we got: a plate of spaghetti that was far from overflowing, salad that was solid iceberg lettuce (the cheapest salad on Earth, in other words), and breadsticks galore. I expected the pasta to be the most amazing pasta I'd ever had - and honestly, it was just normal pasta. You'll leave fuller than you wanted to be from all the breadsticks, and 5,000 calories over your calorie budget, too.

I used to love the OG. I grew up going to the OG with my family. I thought maybe it was the location but this was the third location to try and all three locations are less exciting than a frozen TV dinner. When I asked the waitress if the raspberry tea was fresh, she responded with, "I think it was made likely in the morning." (Gag!) Worse, she didn't even ask if I wanted to change it to something else. The salad tasted old. I'm not going to eat something that you need to pick through to remove the bad pieces. It was also a good thing I ordered the tour of Italy bc the kids meal pizza and fries were burnt. Sure the manager took it off my bill, but your waitress served it to us. Gee thanks! My children are not asking to return to the OG.
The entree was very good as usual, as was the salad but they have made a change to their famous bread sticks which is very disappointing. They no longer have the delicious crust on the outside. The whole thing is very soft and the taste is just not the same. The bread sticks were always a favorite of everyone and I hope they reconsider and bring the originals back.
