I eat at Panera often. I really like the food and the service. I just wish there were more vegan options available, soups to be specific. Please bring back the Edamame bowl.

Great place for healthier fast food, non alcoholic beverages like smoothies, teas, and coffee, and a great place for studying, and/or people watching. Located with a shopping area, there are retail stores, restaurants, and mo in theaters to help keep you busy.

Great location and came in for a meeting. Got a cup of coffee. It was old and cold. Very dirty and bathroom was really dirty. Not much care. I love Panera to meet, but the food is overpriced. Not coming back to this location.

Ordered online, when we arrived my daughter called me and said “they said our order was picked up” when my daughter asked the employee if she knew what the person looked like that took the order the employee laughed at her and walked away. Once I got in the store I asked the manager “can anybody take bags of food off this shelf without you verifying it’s there’s and they paid for it” his answer was yes. So if you would like to have your money lost and food stolen go to Panera where you can obviously walk in, grab a bag of food and no employee or manager will question you if you actually ordered and paid for it and just walk out of the store.

Ordered via Grubhub. Food tastes okay but nothing phenomenal. It cost me $11 for a sandwich that is over 50% bread and $9 for a salad that barely fills half the takeout container. Don't waste your money

Best Panera I've been to, easy to get in line and order. Was helped by Jameson and she was very helpful and informative for someone new to town. It's appreciated!

Terrible service but not entirely due to the employees. At 7:15 pm I was at the register to place an order. After waiting 5 minutes I used the self serve option for an in store meal. There were 3 employees and the manager and they all seemed very busy with take out orders. There were 10 customers seated. From 7:20 to 7:45 I waited for a text that my order was ready. At 7:45 I went to the counter and asked if since they were closing at 8:00 pm and I wasn't sure my order would be ready within 15 minutes that I might stay past the closing eating my meal. The 3 employees look confused and I repeated that I would need to stay past 8:00 pm or I would like a refund. One young female said I could not stay as they locked the doors and accused me of being rude. I truly was polite but was frustrated by the response. This employee began becoming very belligerent with me and I stated I wanted a refund. A male employee grabbed the female employee by her arm and led her thru the a rear door. A manger then met me at the register and provided me a refund. I feel these employees are stressed out due to either poor staffing or poor training. The facility had no more than 10 seated customers and a couple of people waiting for take out orders. There may have been more take out orders being processed. If so, staffing needs to be addressed.

I tipped $2 and they sized down my cold brew ? nice and fast enough I guess, but the red sauce for the Flatbread is weird. Panera just isn't that good anymore.

SURE, Not E.

A little leery about the "tip via credit card" process that appears to be more widespread these days, so I tipped via cash. Too much shadiness can occur with the tips, like the money being held in some trust before the employees paycheck issues, or invested into the latest bloated markets that makes the poor poorer and the rich richer. Overall, the company appears to have a good business model. The soup breadbowl was priced fairly and tasted great!
