Attempted to use the kiosk to order our meal. Gift card didn’t work, associate tried to assist, then ended up taking our order to the register. No receipt provided, didn’t ask our name. Waited about 10 min no food. Manager was called could find order in their system. Took it by hand . Appreciated her taking care of it.
The food at Panera has gone down in quantity and quality. The bread ? is still satisfactory. However, the onion ? soup ? for example, while satisfactory, is no longer served in the traditional manner in a croc, with the cheese draped over top of the soup keeping the liquid piping hot The sandwiches ? for example, the pepperoni cheese ? melt, desperately needs more marinara sauce and was too dry and not very hot temperature wise.
