When I came to the store, he said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but 20 minutes passed and I still haven't received it, and even though he left while preparing the food, he was lingering in the back.

Our family orders from this location often. As of today, that’s changed. Whenever I order for delivery, I request that all of my food is taped shut. Every time prior to tonight, my request was granted. I do not feel comfortable with the high turnover of delivery drivers & this location using DoorDash drivers to deliver my food. Once the order was placed online, I called the store to make my request. I was informed my request would be granted. When my food arrived, none of my food was taped shut! I called & a man answered stating that my food was taped shut & as I proceeded to tell him that it wasn’t, he hung up on me. I called back, this same man yelled & said “our delivery drivers don’t mess with the food,” then he hung up on me a 2nd time. I called back a 3rd time, he picked up the phone & instantly hung it up. I called a 4th time & that call went straight to their automated system, then eventually the call was disconnected. This man was rude & unprofessional! He needs customer service training.

Terrible service. Manger was very unprofessional. They don’t have no drivers so they go thru DoorDash even if you call and order it. They make you pay for the DoorDash fee. If i wanted to pay $20 more for my food , I would have just went though the DoorDash app. On top of all that, it’s going on 2 hrs and when I called to see what was going on , the manager said the driver hasn’t picked up the food yet and there was nothing he could do but cancel the order if I couldn’t wait. I’ll never order from here again .

Usually ok, this time didn't following order notes and shorted me 2 wings. Y'all better than this. This is why people don't tip in advance....
Never going there again they dropped my order (large meatlovers pizza and chocolate chip cookie] said it was fine and refused to replace it. Pizza was cold and congealed and cookie was crumbs. Next time going over to Forest Hill Yost Blvd. Even though it is much farther away 30 min vs 5 min. The customer service is polite and seems happy to please the customers

The crust of the pizza was very soft like doughy bread very limp and unappetizing. Hardly any sauce and sauce is quite acidic with no oregano or basil etc. just salty Reminded me of why I can’t stand Papa Johns pizza. Haven’t had it in a long time and won’t be back… nasty
