I go to this Piada usually once a week and they are always consistent. My food always tastes great, but sometimes the staff seems like they would rather be anywhere else but here. Overall, that doesn't bother me a whole lot as long as my food comes out correctly and tastes good!

I've been to every Piada in the whole Usa, this one is the worst managed one the service is horrible. The tables are filthy given where you have Pepsi products it's dirty the original lemonade, which made it special in that restaurant does not exist anymore. It's only from the fountain. None of these people behind the counter know what they're doing. I was visiting town again I'm not coming back to this restaurant. The food looks okay but she gave me leftovers of chicken so definitely not going back a terribly mismanaged restaurant.
