We hired Pittsburgh Barbecue Company to cater our wedding last month and they did not disappoint! Vicki (our main point of contact on the day of the event) was tremendous! Ribs are definitely on the dry side. I think the issue is they cook the ribs and then leave in warming box too long which ends up drying out the meat.Baked beans tasted fine, a little sour - probably from excess vinegar or ketchupPotato Salad was underseasoned for my tastes.
